(1) THE RATE: a tier of the card's own earn table that names the merchant (never Amazon Pay's partner merchants, Amazon Business, Flipkart Wholesale or Flipkart Health), or a plain "Online spends" tier that pays at any online merchant, at its currency's house ₹/point — and only where it beats the card's ordinary rate.
