What it's worth to you, after the fee
Welcome: 2,500 bonus InterMiles plus a ₹250 flight and ₹500 hotel discount voucher for intermiles.com, released 45 working days after the joining fee was realised — and 1,250 InterMiles again on each renewal. None of it is claimable today.
Priced on the everyday mix — 30% groceries · 10% utilities · 20% travel · 6% fuel · 34% everything else — with this card's published category rules applied. Plus milestones, minus the fee. No accelerator credit — the ranking model on /compare adds ~20% of spend at the card's best accelerator, so its ₹ for this card reads higher.

Pays for itself at ₹27,000 a month
At ₹27,000 a month — ₹3,24,000 a year — on the everyday mix this card returns ₹1,300 gross (earn ₹1,300) against its ₹1,250 fee = ₹0 net — the first rung at or above ₹0. The ladder runs in ₹1,000 steps to ₹1,00,000 a month and ₹10,000 steps to ₹5,00,000; figures are rounded to the hundred, and the accelerator is never credited.
3 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · the network variants · why it ranks #790
Why #790 The entry rung of a co-brand ICICI has fully retired. It is carried because readers still hold the plastic and still hold InterMiles balances, and a search for it should land on that fact rather than on a listing page that behaves as though the card were still for sale.
The take
This was the entry tier of ICICI's InterMiles co-brand — the range ICICI rebranded after Jet Airways collapsed and the Jet Airways ICICI cards lost their airline, with Coral at the bottom and Sapphiro at the top. It cost ₹1,250 to join and ₹1,250 a year after that, and it paid two InterMiles per ₹100 on everything domestic or international, which at this desk's ₹0.20 house value is 0.4% — thin even for its era, and thinner still once you notice fuel earned nothing and insurance and utilities earned half. The interesting rungs were never the everyday ones: four per ₹100 on airline tickets bought at intermiles.com and five on Etihad revenue tickets, which is where the "up to 5 InterMiles" on ICICI's own marketing came from. Both of those rungs are now theoretical — the InterMiles portal no longer sells flights — so this page prices the everyday rate and claims no accelerator. It is finished as a product, too. ICICI's own URL for it resolves to the generic credit-card listing rather than a product page, and the word InterMiles appears nowhere in the bank's 46-page August 2026 MITC, the document that still prices thirty other variants, several of which have no marketing page left either. What is worth saying is why it is carried at all. InterMiles was one of the few Indian earn-and-burn programmes with a real domestic redemption story, ICICI was one of its two main credit-card feeds, and readers who held this card still have balances sitting in an InterMiles account that a closed card does not return to them. If you hold one, the question is not what the card earns — it is switched off — but what is left in the programme and how to get it out. Cancel the card; go look at the balance.

The downgrade
ICICI Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and the numbers above are the whole of it.
What has changed under this card
- 10 Sep 2026 ICICI's September lounge list drops four doors and adds Bhogapuram issuer-wide
- 29 Aug 2026 ICICI un-reserves Mumbai's Adani Silver lounge — the whole Annexure-1 board gets in issuer-wide

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →
The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.
What's good
- While live: two InterMiles per ₹100 on domestic and international spends alike, doubling to four on airline tickets bought at intermiles.com
- While live: five InterMiles per ₹100 on Etihad revenue tickets booked through intermiles.com, plus 5% off the base fare in economy on international routes out of India
- Joining and annual fees were waived outright for InterMiles Platinum Tier members
- Carried for the record: ICICI was one of the two main Indian credit-card feeds into InterMiles
Watch out
- RETIRED — ICICI's product page for this card no longer exists; the URL resolves to the generic card listing, and no fee or rate here is claimable today
- The co-brand is absent from ICICI's August 2026 MITC entirely, so nothing about this card is published by the bank any more — the figures here come from its own archived pages
- Accrual was capped at 40,000 InterMiles per anniversary year, and ICICI charged ₹7,500 to lift the cap for the rest of that cycle — a ceiling you paid through, not one you earned past
- Fuel earned zero InterMiles, and insurance and utilities earned one per ₹100 against the standard two
- Lounge access was spend-gated and went with the card: a quarterly visit, unlocked only by ₹5,000 of spend in the calendar quarter before
- The four- and five-mile rungs were intermiles.com portal rungs and are theoretical now — that portal no longer sells flights, so no accelerator is priced here
- Any InterMiles balance sits in your InterMiles account, not on the card — a closed card does not hand it back
What these points actually fly
No live transfer route takes InterMiles into a programme that publishes an award chart. These points buy catalogue and portal redemptions, not award seats — so this page has no flight to show you, and will not invent one.

Closed to new applications — existing cardholders keep the card; there is no way in.
You cannot. ICICI's own path for this card, /personal-banking/cards/credit-card/intermiles/coral-credit-card, resolves to the generic credit-card listing page instead of a product page, and the co-brand appears nowhere in the bank's current MITC. Existing holders should treat this as a closed product and check what is left in their InterMiles account.
ICICI Bank publishes no income or age cutoffs for this card. Blank means blank — we don't invent numbers to fill a grid.

- 10 Sept 2026ICICI's September lounge list drops four doors and adds BhogapuramThe prior edition opened Bhubaneswar's landside Bird Lounge, Vadodara's Premium Lounge, Visakhapatnam's Airr Lounge and Bar, and Dehradun's landside Bird Lounge, and filed Ahmedabad T2 international as The Lounge opposite Gate 3 → Those four rooms are gone. Bhubaneswar keeps O'Vetra near Gate 8, Dehradun keeps Carnations in the security hold, Vadodara is off the list, and Visakhapatnam's rows are Encalm domestic and international at Bhogapuram. Ahmedabad T2 international is Adani Silver Lounge - International, Gate 08, and it is not asterisked
ICICI re-saved its consolidated domestic lounge list on 10 September 2026 and moved rooms, not quotas. Four doors an Annexure-1 card used to open are off the list: Bhubaneswar's landside Bird Lounge (O'Vetra, airside near Gate 8, stays), Vadodara entirely, Visakhapatnam's Airr Lounge and Bar, and Dehradun's landside Bird Lounge (Carnations, in the security hold, stays). Visakhapatnam's replacement is two Encalm rooms at Bhogapuram, which this map does not carry yet — the airport is not in our coordinate file, so those doors are recorded here and not drawn. Ahmedabad's T2 international row is no longer The Lounge opposite Gate 3. It is Adani Silver Lounge - International, first floor, Gate 08, and the row has no asterisk, so the whole Annexure-1 board gets it at each card's own quarterly quota rather than the three unlimited cards alone. Noida's three Jewar rows are still on the PDF and still unmapped.
- 29 Aug 2026ICICI un-reserves Mumbai's Adani Silver lounge — the whole Annexure-1 board gets in
- 29 Jul 2026Times Black publishes its eligibility bar and swaps BLADE for Thumby Aviation
- 1 Jul 2026ICICI's lounge-gate exemption expires for Adani One and MakeMyTripAdani One ICICI Signature, Adani One ICICI Platinum and the MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Credit Card were exempt from the ₹75,000-per-quarter spend gate on complimentary domestic lounge access — "valid till Jun 30, 2026" → All three now "require spends of ₹ 75,000 to be made in a calendar quarter to unlock airport lounge access in the next calendar quarter, with effect from Jul 01, 2026"
ICICI's MITC, headed "Last updated on Aug 2nd, 2026", carries the expiry date inside the exemption list itself and then restates it as a dated instruction below. No lounge visit is removed — MakeMyTrip keeps 2 domestic a quarter plus 1 international, Adani One Signature 4 a quarter plus 2 Priority Pass, Adani One Platinum 2 a quarter — but all of them now cost ₹3 lakh of routed annual spend on top of the fee, which reprices the ₹750 Adani One Platinum hardest. The ₹75,000 excludes rent, government, education, EMI, fees, interest, DCC and reversals, and the qualifying quarter is offset (26th to 25th), so the spend that unlocks Oct-Dec was made between 26 June and 25 September. Worth flagging for the desk: ICICI's own "Upcoming changes to Credit Card features and charges" page, re-read 28 August 2026, still lists MakeMyTrip among the exempt cards with no expiry, and never names the Adani One pair at all. Two live ICICI documents, two different answers; the MITC is the regulated one and the more recently dated, so it is the one we follow.
