What it's worth to you, after the fee
Welcome: 12,000 Cash Points (₹2,400) on the first transaction within 60 days of card issuance
Priced on the everyday mix — 30% groceries · 10% utilities · 20% travel · 6% fuel · 34% everything else — with this card's published category rules applied. Plus milestones, minus the fee. No accelerator credit — the ranking model on /compare adds ~20% of spend at the card's best accelerator, so its ₹ for this card reads higher.

Pays for itself at ₹20,000 a month
At ₹20,000 a month — ₹2,40,000 a year — on the everyday mix this card returns ₹4,800 gross (earn ₹4,800) against its ₹2,999 fee = ₹1,800 net — the first rung at or above ₹0. The ladder runs in ₹1,000 steps to ₹1,00,000 a month and ₹10,000 steps to ₹5,00,000; figures are rounded to the hundred, and the accelerator is never credited.
2 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · why it ranks #842
Why #842 A withdrawn card, ranked at the foot of the board rather than where 2% on everything would put it. DBS closed issuance in November 2024 and migrates every holder off it from 1 August 2026.
DBS caps a Cash Point at ₹0.20 and the ceiling is the floor. Cash Points redeem on dbsdelights.in against flights, hotels, shopping, dining and vouchers; they reach no airline or hotel PROGRAMME, at any ratio — so 2% on everything here is 2% off a catalogue, not two rupees of award seat, and that is the honest ceiling on this card.
The take
The 10X Signature is the SuperCard worth being annoyed about losing. Cross ₹20,000 of spend in a month and the entire month earns ten times the base — 2% back at DBS's ₹0.20 a point, on everything, with no category to remember, until the 15,000 additional-CP monthly cap binds around ₹1,66,667 of eligible spend. Inside DBS Delights it doubled again to 20X, or 4%, which is a genuinely strong number for a ₹2,999 card, and the OTT rebate jumped from 20% to 40% of spend up to 8,000 Cash Points. Two domestic lounge visits a quarter, eight a year, match the ₹1,999 rung below. The honest limits were always the same two: Cash Points stop dead at ₹0.20 inside DBS's own catalogue — no airline, no hotel, no transfer partner at any ratio, so 2% is 2% off a voucher — and forex is the plain 3.5%, which on a card at this price is mean. Now there is a third limit, and it ends the argument: DBS stopped issuing SuperCards in November 2024 and from 1 August 2026 migrates every holder to a SuperX or SuperX Plus, cards the bank has published a fee for and, so far, very little else.

The downgrade
DBS Bank India publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and the numbers above are the whole of it.

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →
The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.
What's good
- 10X Cash Points on the whole month's spend once you cross ₹20,000 — 2.0% at DBS's ₹0.20 a point

Watch out
- Discontinued — no new cards since 23 November 2024, and every holder is migrated to a SuperX from 1 August 2026
- Miss ₹20,000 in a month and the whole month drops to the 0.2% base — the multiplier is all-or-nothing
- 10X bonus is capped at 15,000 additional Cash Points a month (₹3,000) — that binds around ₹1,66,667 of eligible spend; past it the board still prices the uncapped 10X
- No international lounge access at ₹2,999; only the ₹4,999 top variant gets any
- 3.5% forex on a ₹2,999 card, with no discount at any spend level
- Cash Points cap at ₹0.20 and reach no airline or hotel programme — 2% is 2% off a catalogue
- 1% or ₹199 on rent, on utilities past ₹20,000 a cycle and on fuel past ₹15,000 a transaction
What these points actually fly
No live transfer route takes DBS Cash Points into a programme that publishes an award chart. These points buy catalogue and portal redemptions, not award seats — so this page has no flight to show you, and will not invent one.

- 1 Aug 2026The Bajaj Finserv DBS SuperCard is discontinued — holders reissued a SuperX or SuperX PlusBajaj Finserv DBS Bank SuperCard, a co-brand with Bajaj Finance Limited sold in six variants — 5X Rewards ₹499, 5X Plus Rewards ₹999, 7X Rewards ₹1,499, 7X Plus Rewards ₹1,999, 10X Signature ₹2,999 and 10X Plus Signature ₹4,999, each joining fee matching its annual fee → Discontinued with effect from 1 August 2026. Cardholders are issued a DBS SuperX Credit Card (₹1,499 annual) or DBS SuperX Plus Credit Card (₹2,999 annual) by DBS Bank — both with the joining-fee column marked NA — with communication by email and SMS
DBS and Bajaj Finance have unwound their co-brand, and the notice is buried where almost nobody reads it — a footnote in DBS's consolidated MITC fee table, verbatim: the SuperCard 'will be discontinued with effect from 1st August 2026, and the cardholders will be issued a DBS SuperX Credit Card or DBS SuperX Plus Credit Card by DBS Bank.' Two weeks after that date, dbs.bank.in was still selling the SuperCard with a full six-variant table and an Apply CTA, which is the part a reader can actually get burnt by. What replaces it is thinner on paper: SuperX at ₹1,499 a year and SuperX Plus at ₹2,999, both with the joining-fee column marked NA, both sitting in the 3.5% forex band and the 48%-APR tier — none of the 0% Asia forex or lounge quota that Vantage and Altitude get. DBS has published no SuperX product page at all, so beyond the fee, interest and charge rows in the MITC there is nothing to read before the card lands in your hand.
