What it's worth to you, after the fee
Welcome: None published.
Priced on the everyday mix — 30% groceries · 10% utilities · 20% travel · 6% fuel · 34% everything else — with this card's published category rules applied. Plus milestones, minus the fee. No accelerator credit — the ranking model on /compare adds ~20% of spend at the card's best accelerator, so its ₹ for this card reads higher.

Pays from the first rupee
At ₹1,000 a month — ₹12,000 a year — on the everyday mix this card returns ₹0 gross (earn ₹0) against its ₹0 fee = ₹0 net — at or above ₹0 from the first rung we price. The ladder runs in ₹1,000 steps to ₹1,00,000 a month and ₹10,000 steps to ₹5,00,000; figures are rounded to the hundred, and the accelerator is never credited.
2 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · the network variants
Derived from the issuer's own Value Chart rather than assumed: ₹6,000 a month of e-commerce spend at 2.5 points per ₹100 is 1,800 points a year, which the chart values at ₹720 — ₹0.40 a point. The UPI and point-of-sale rows independently land on the same ₹0.40. Not the ₹0.80 house value, which belongs to the Tiger's 1:1 Air India Maharaja route and not to this card.
Best real exit: Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer at ₹0.28/pt (4:1 transfer).
The take
Read the disclaimer before anything else. IndusInd's own page says the Poonawalla Fincorp partnership "is getting concluded" and that this card "will be upgraded to IndusInd Bank Platinum RuPay Credit Card effective 5th October, 2025" — so the product is not merely closed to new applicants, it has been converted out from under the people who held it. Whatever is in your wallet today is almost certainly the Platinum RuPay, and that is the card to read about. For the record, what this one did: 2.5 Reward Points per ₹100 on e-commerce — about 1% at the ₹0.40 the issuer's own value chart prices a point at — and 1 point per ₹100 on UPI and at the terminal, which is 0.4%. It is UPI-linkable, which is the RuPay case in a sentence. Travel spend earns the floor rate, not a bonus, on every rail; utilities, insurance, government, education and rent are cut to 0.5; fuel earns nothing. The one travel benefit, and the reason this card is on the desk at all, is a line no other IndusInd page carries: "RuPay Exclusive Lounge Access at DEL T3 Terminal". It is a single terminal at a single airport, and the access-policy PDF it links to does not resolve, so how many visits it buys is a number nobody publishes. The fee, by contrast, is published and it is nothing at all: the MITC's fee table still carries this card as an active row reading NIL joining and NIL annual, which is a genuine lifetime-free card in runoff.

The downgrade
IndusInd Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and the numbers above are the whole of it.

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →
The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.
What's good
- 2.5 Reward Points per ₹100 on e-commerce — about 1% at the ₹0.40 the issuer's own value chart prices a point at
- "RuPay Exclusive Lounge Access at DEL T3 Terminal" — the only IndusInd card page that carries the line
- UPI-linkable: the page walks through adding it to BHIM, PhonePe, Paytm or Google Pay
- 3,000 bonus points on ₹4,00,000 of spend within one year of issuance
- One free BookMyShow ticket a month, buy-one-get-one, capped at ₹200
Watch out
- Already converted away: IndusInd's own page says the card "will be upgraded to IndusInd Bank Platinum RuPay Credit Card effective 5th October, 2025"
- The card is in runoff but not out of the fee schedule — the MITC still carries an active row for it, reading NIL joining and NIL annual
- The DEL T3 lounge quota is unsourced: the "Access Policy & Terms and Conditions" link returns the site's error page, not a document, so we grant this card no lounge doors on the map
- Travel and airline spend earns 1 point per ₹100 on every rail — the floor rate, not an accelerator
- Utilities, insurance, government services, education fees and rent are cut to 0.5 points per ₹100
- Fuel earns nothing at all under this card
- No Priority Pass: the MITC names this card in its list of cards where Priority Pass is not available
- Forex is the full 3.5% — the MITC names every low-markup card individually and closes "All other Credit Cards (not specified above) - 3.5%"
- Points expire 24 months from the credit date
- 3.83% a month, 46.00% a year on revolving credit

2 sourced rules
The co-brand's product page prints a three-column earn table — ordinary spend, travel, and a "Select Merchant Categories" column that education sits in. The education and government rows are asserted here.
- Government / tax · reduced 0.5 RP/₹100 vs 1 RP/₹100 on UPI and at the point of sale, and against 2.5 RP/₹100 on e-commerce. IndusInd's own footnote reads "*Select Merchant Categories include utility bill payments, insurance premium payments, government services/charges/premium, education fees, rent", and its earn table gives that column 0.5 on every rail — e-commerce included, so paying a tax online does not help. The card converts to IndusInd Platinum RuPay from 5 October 2025. No cap is published on the band

Does your spend count toward the milestones?
not published — and we say which
₹4,00,000 a year is the bar for the first milestone. A different question from the one above — earning points and counting toward a threshold are separate rules, and issuers write them separately.
Not published. IndusInd Bank states what the Poonawalla Fincorp IndusInd eLITE RuPay earns and does not earn, but has not published which spend categories count toward the milestones — the ₹4,00,000 bar. We won't guess it from the earn table or from a sibling card: Axis published three cards' rules on one day and all three lists differed. If you hold this card and have it in writing from the issuer, send us the document and we'll source it.

The fine print
6 of 7 MITC rows published
What the MITC actually says — the rates, fees and cutoffs the brochure skips.
NOT PUBLISHED — the MITC names this card only in the "Discontinued cards" line, which carries no fee figures, and its product page has no fees-and-charges block. Joining, annual and add-on fees are all unknown, and the site declines to value the card rather than record a ₹0 that would read as lifetime free (our no-guess rule). Priority Pass is not available on this card at all, per the MITC's own list; the only lounge line anywhere is the product page's "RuPay Exclusive Lounge Access at DEL T3 Terminal", whose access-policy PDF does not resolve, so the visit quota is unsourced too. IndusInd's own page says the card was upgraded to IndusInd Bank Platinum RuPay on 5-Oct-2025.

- 23 Sept 2026Axis EDGE brings Accor back, drops ITC, and adds Cathay, Miles & More and HiltonAccor and Marriott off the grid since 2 April 2026; Club ITC live; no Cathay, Miles & More or Hilton → Accor live at the punished rates; ITC removed; Cathay, Hilton and Miles & More live; Marriott still gone
Axis's own Travel EDGE terms, re-read 25 September 2026, already show the grid that went live on 23 September. Accor ALL is back, and not at the old Atlas 1:2: EDGE Miles convert at 2:1 (Olympus 1:2) and EDGE Rewards at 5:1, with Magnus for Burgundy at 5:2 and only Burgundy Private still at 5:4. Club ITC is off the table. Three partners are new. Cathay Asia Miles sits on that same punished grid. Hilton Honors is the ordinary one: EDGE Miles 1:2, EDGE Rewards 5:2, Burgundy 5:4. Lufthansa Miles & More is the exception on Atlas, which converts 1:1 there while every other standard airline on that card is 1:2; the EDGE Rewards side of Miles & More is the ordinary 5:2. Marriott stays removed. Qatar Privilege Club was already back. Flying Blue, Air India and Qantas moved into Group A, which is the capped group. The Axis Rewards credit card's Amex network is advertised as joining-fee and annual-fee nil for a limited period; there is no separate Amex variant on this board, so that offer is not modelled as a fee change.
