PROBABLY OPEN — one surface disagrees, and the balance shifted at the 22 Aug 2026 re-check. Adani Airports' own CSMIA lounge directory, the operator and the highest authority on whether a door exists, lists 'Adani Lounge T1B' at T1 domestic departures with no closure flag, and Priority Pass lists it open 12:00–00:00 (2h cap, under-3s free, unlimited guests). Only Amex India's finder still carries the room as 'Oasis Lounge (Adani Lounge) (Temporarily Closed)' — and Amex contradicts itself, serving the same lounge id (KSqlnCxZdQ) both with and without the closed flag across its regional sites. Read the Amex flag as a stale listing, not a shut door; still keep a backup at T1C. Trust PP's 12:00–00:00 for hours over the operator page, which prints 'Open 24 Hours' on every room it lists, including ones known to run half-days. Ex-GVK 'Celebrations' lounge rebranded; on Visa's mid-2026 domestic list (BOM02), and Adani's own page names Priority Pass, DreamFolks and Amex India at the door. The Adani–DragonPass deal died 15 May 2025 — one week after launch — so no Visa Airport Companion/Mastercard Travel Pass here, and no current Mastercard list carries this room.

The T2-domestic 'Adani Lounge-Loyalty' (Level 3, 24h, entry up to 3h before departure) is real per Adani's CSMIA page, and ICICI's consolidated July-2026 domestic lounge list opens it to 8 tracked ICICI cards (Adani One Signature 4/qtr on ₹75k prior-quarter spend; Platinum 2/qtr; Emeralde Private/Times Black unlimited) — the earlier LoungeOne-QR-only ruling is superseded — it's absent from Visa's mid-2026 domestic PDF (whose only T2-domestic room is Travel Club, BOM04), Mastercard's live finder rejects the old lounge code, and the 'Clipper Lounge (aka Loyalty)' still on bank-hosted Mastercard PDFs is the stale INTERNATIONAL-side room opposite Samsonite, not this one; the week-long Adani–DragonPass deal (May 2025) is dead too. Resolved Jul 2026. RE-READ 2026-09-02 against the AUGUST-2026 ICICI edition (PDF CreationDate 29 Aug 2026) — STILL LISTED, row 59 unmoved, "Mumbai / Adani Lounge / Terminal 2 / Domestic", address "Adani Lounge, Domestic Departure, Level 3, Opposite gate no 44, Mumbai", every word unchanged. Newer overflow-tier PP lounge, open 12:00–23:59 only; cold buffet and standard pours — go to Adani East if you can. THE RESTRICTION ON THIS ROOM WAS LIFTED IN THE AUGUST-2026 EDITION OF ICICI'S CONSOLIDATED DOMESTIC LOUNGE LIST, and that is the whole reason this grant just went from 2 slugs to 23. The July-2026 cut carried it as "*Adani Silver Lounge / Terminal 2 / International" — asterisked, and the footnote confines asterisked rows to "Diamant, Emerald Private Metal and Times Black Credit Card customers". The August-2026 cut (PDF CreationDate 29 Aug 2026, stamped "Last updated on August, 2026") renames it "Adani Silver International Lounge", still at row 57, and DROPS THE ASTERISK. Verified two ways on 2026-09-02 so this is not a text-extraction artifact — a raw (non-layout) extraction of the whole PDF finds exactly five asterisks on lounge names, and the ones it does find are intact (BLR 080 VIP ×3, HYD Privé, DEL Privé). The footnote itself is unchanged, so an unasterisked row still means what it has always meant here — the entire Annexure-1 eligible-card list gets it, which is how rows 4 and 59 are already treated in this file. The 23 slugs are exactly the set the sibling unasterisked Mumbai row (59, Adani Lounge Loyalty at T2) carries, because they are answering the same question. TWO CAVEATS, both load-bearing. (1) This is a SINGLE-EDITION change on a row that was simultaneously renamed, and one dropped character is a plausible editing accident — re-read the next edition, and if the asterisk returns, this grant reverts to the two Unlimited-tier slugs. (2) ICICI files this room in its DOMESTIC lounge list even though the room, the Terminal Type column and the address all say International, so a visit here spends a card's DOMESTIC quarterly quota; it is not a free international visit bolted onto cards whose `international` line reads "None". Annexure 1's terms still cap every visit at 3 hours and take a ₹2 (₹1 on AmEx) authorisation at the door.

Priority Pass re-coded this room BOM12 → BOM27 in mid-2026 and now bills it as a pre-security DEPARTURES lounge (same-day boarding pass required, 2-hour cap, under-5s free) — being landside it still works after landing, before the taxi queue; complimentary à la carte and cold buffet, conference rooms bookable. Amex's finder shows it for the Platinum Charge card only, through its Priority Pass enrolment — it is on neither Amex India lounge list.

The East-side twin of the Aviserv arrivals room (BOM16), open 12:00–00:00 only — the West room is the 24h one; showers and alcohol chargeable. Priority Pass's own BOM16 page contradicts itself on the cap: 'Maximum 3 hour stay' in the conditions, 'Max stay: 2 hours' in the fact box — we hold the 3h the conditions state, but plan for 2. Amex reaches it only via Platinum Charge's Priority Pass enrolment.
