Dulles is the best PP airport in the DC area — five card doors. The Etihad Lounge is the class of the field: à la carte dining and showers, open to PP outside Etihad's own peak.

Not one door at IAD publishes a walk-in price. That is not the same as "you cannot pay" —
most desks will sell you an entry — it means no rate we can source, so we quote none. If a
