India–Singapore business went 42,000 → 50,000 in April 2026 (the Chennai–Singapore example on the chart). More points than KrisFlyer's 45,000 AND a Delhi connection — SQ's nonstop is the honest premium buy here; Maharaja's case lives in economy.

The April-2026 chart's flat 12,000-point SE-Asia tier names Singapore explicitly and prices by zone, not metro — but ex-Kolkata that means doubling back through Delhi. Verify the connecting itinerary prices at the flat zone rate before transferring.

Zone 6 (India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh) Saver — cut 5% to 19,000 in the Nov-2025 rejig, no fuel surcharges. Kolkata pays the same as Bengaluru for a flight an hour shorter; with IndiGo nonstop on the route, cash fares often win in economy.
