Most of this board is mirrored from the blr-mel direction — award charts price the zone pair, not the direction of travel — so those rows render as honest estimates until someone reads a chart the other way round. All-in ₹ = points × the program's house value (valuation index) + the sourced one-way surcharge; a dash means the carrier doesn't publish it and the ranking counts it ₹0 — the row's note carries the caveat. That surcharge is the airline's own cash charge on an award — YQ, as the notes below call it — and it is not the fuel-surcharge waiver your credit card advertises: that one hands back a hundred rupees or two at a petrol pump, this one runs to tens of thousands and decides whether the award is worth taking at all. “Dynamic” and estimated (~… est.) rows never compete for the play — the crown is always a verified, bookable price. Feed-ins come from the same transfer data as the optimizer, multi-hop chains included.

Chart-priced, not live seats. These prices are read off each programme’s published award chart and valued at our own house ₹/point. 37% of the 39,855 priced options on the board are stated estimates for programmes that publish no chart; they are marked ~ est. and never crowned the play. Nobody here can see whether a seat exists on your date — confirm the space with the programme before you transfer. Points that leave your issuer do not come back.

The cash on top of the miles. Air France-KLM Flying Blue states that a carrier-imposed surcharge is charged on an award. Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards, United MileagePlus, China Eastern Miles, American Airlines AAdvantage and Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles make you liable for one if the operating airline levies it, without saying whether it does. Air Canada Aeroplan states it adds none on its own metal. Government taxes and airport charges are payable in every case. Almost no programme publishes the amount, so the desk carries each one’s policy in its own words — on its programme hub — rather than a number nobody published. 8 other programmes priced here publish nothing the desk could read.

Star Alliance partner metal, Oceania→India — Copa ConnectMiles (fixed region chart)

Star Alliance

Copa ConnectMiles prices Star partner metal off its FIXED region chart (India sits in Copa’s "Central Asia" zone). Standout value — Europe→India 45k business, Sub-Saharan Africa→India 17.5k economy on Ethiopian (Cairo is a dearer 20k Middle East cell) — but NO Indian card feeds ConnectMiles (buy-miles or a US co-brand only), so treat it as a reference benchmark, not a wallet-reachable route. Copa's partner chart is a strictly upper-triangular region matrix — one cell per unordered region pair, no direction axis at all — so 35,000 is the same published cell as blr-mel, re-read off the official Copa PDF on 2026-08-06 rather than inferred.

Star Alliance metal (SQ/TG partner metal — CA itself flies only Delhi from India), Oceania→India — Air China PhoenixMiles

Singapore AirlinesThai Airways Star Alliance

Air China PhoenixMiles prices its own metal (Beijing→India, resumed Apr-2026) plus Star partners. North Asia is its only genuine strength; elsewhere it is a weak Star pricer with heavy fuel surcharges (why the currency sits at ₹0.90). India-origin levels are not published, so all values are estimated off trans-Pacific anchors. One-way (current PhoenixMiles). Mirrored from blr-mel: the chart cell is the same in either direction, so 40,000 is that corridor's number read back the other way — an estimate until this direction is re-read, and never crowned THE PLAY.

Estimate Mirrored from blr-mel — Air China PhoenixMiles prices the zone pair, not the direction of travel, so this reads the blr-mel economy cell back the other way; the desk has not separately re-read the chart for this direction. PhoenixMiles' official zone division could not be reconciled with this corridor — Air China publishes no India-origin level, and its published zone tables do not map cleanly onto these city pairs. This value is extrapolated from the nearest published anchors, not a verified chart price.

Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards

Malaysia Airlines via KUL (MEL–KUL–BLR, oneworld partner award), or SriLankan via CMB — Alaska Atmos

Malaysia AirlinesSriLankan Airlines oneworld

Alaska Atmos bands the TOTAL DISTANCE FLOWN, not the nonstop great circle, and an Atmos award may carry only ONE partner airline. Corrected 1-Aug-2026: this row named a Qantas Bengaluru–Melbourne nonstop that has never existed. The real builds are Malaysia Airlines KUL–BLR 1,792 mi + MEL–KUL 3,924 mi = 5,715 flown miles and SriLankan CMB–BLR 441 + MEL–CMB 5,193 = 5,635, both inside the Asia-Pacific chart's 5,001–7,000 mi band at 37,500 economy / 75,000 business one-way, plus the $20 partner booking fee per person each way (up from $12.50 on 1-Jul-2026). The price is unchanged — the phantom happened to sit in the same band — but the routing was invented. Qantas metal reaches Bengaluru only as BLR–SYD–MEL (6,251 flown miles, same band) and that feed pauses with the Sydney–Bengaluru nonstop, suspended 8 Aug – 24 Oct 2026; Cathay via Hong Kong is a band dearer at 7,063 flown miles, 42,500. One-way. Mirrored from blr-mel: the chart cell is the same in either direction, so 37,500 is that corridor's number read back the other way — an estimate until this direction is re-read, and never crowned THE PLAY.

Malaysia AirlinesQantasVietnam Airlines

Flying Blue has no award chart, but its partner awards are additive per segment, so this routing bands to 40,000 economy (MEL–KUL 6,315 km → 25,000 + KUL–BLR 2,884 km → 15,000 = 40,000 economy). Partner awards pass the operating carrier's surcharges — the published Oman Air datapoints run US$190–390 one-way — and Flying Blue publishes no per-route table, so this row's cash side stays unpublished. Cabin scope: Etihad sells Flying Blue awards in economy and business only — first, including the Apartment, is not bookable with Miles. First IS bookable on a short list of other partners (Oman Air on Muscat–Bangkok alone, China Eastern, Garuda), none of which is a first routing this board prices, so there is no Flying Blue first row here.

Estimate Flying Blue publishes no chart, but prices PARTNER awards PER SEGMENT — One Mile at a Time, 6-Jun-2024 on the Oman Air launch: "you're paying the per segment pricing anyway", and the additive structure reproduces all four published connection datapoints inside 5%. This row rides Malaysia Airlines (a Flying Blue non-alliance partner redemption — Flying Blue runs ONE partner engine over SkyTeam and non-alliance metal alike, which the 13-Jan-2025 repricing proved by moving Etihad and Delta together), so it is banded segment by segment: MEL–KUL 6,315 km → 25,000 + KUL–BLR 2,884 km → 15,000 = 40,000 economy. Bands anchored on the published Flying Blue partner datapoints (one-way business: Muscat–Dubai 6,100, Abu Dhabi–Kuwait 9,500, Muscat–Bangkok 42,900, Abu Dhabi–Bangkok 45,000, Muscat–Munich 45,800, Abu Dhabi–Johannesburg 48,000, Abu Dhabi–Washington 87,000), with economy at half of business — the one published long-haul economy anchor is Toronto–Abu Dhabi 43,500 against an ~87,000 business segment of the same length. The <=1,200 km rung is the one exception — re-fitted cabin by cabin on its own published quotes on 2026-08-02, hence 5,000 / 11,500 rather than half-and-half. Dates and demand move the real number.

Star Alliance partner metal, Oceania→India — Aegean Miles+Bonus

Star Alliance

Aegean Miles+Bonus prices Star partner metal off one region chart published as ROUND TRIPS — its own rule is that a one-way costs exactly half, and the halved figure is what we show. India sits in the "Near East & Central Asia" zone: the Far East is a flat 30k/45k one-way (Tokyo costs the same as Bangkok), Europe 35k/55k, North America 50k/75k. That chart is a single upper-triangular ZONE-PAIR matrix — 45 published cells for 9 zones, exactly one per unordered pair — so MEL → BLR and BLR → MEL resolve to the same cell. Re-read against the chart and promoted from mirror-estimate to chart read on 2026-08-06. Malaysia Airlines via KUL (MEL–KUL–BLR, oneworld), Qantas Partner Classic Flight Reward — Zone 6 on 5,715 one-way miles

Malaysia AirlinesSriLankan AirlinesCathay Pacific oneworld

Repriced 1-Aug-2026 onto the cheapest verified Trip, and it moves two bands. A Classic Flight Reward is banded on the SUM of its great-circle sectors: Malaysia Airlines MEL–KUL 3,924 mi + KUL–BLR 1,792 mi = 5,715 mi, partner Zone 6 (4,801–5,800 mi), 43,500 — against the 57,800 this row carried for Cathay via Hong Kong (7,063 mi, Zone 8). SriLankan via Colombo confirms the band from a second, independent routing: MEL–CMB 5,193 mi + CMB–BLR 441 mi = 5,635 mi, Zone 6 as well. Qantas has never flown Melbourne–Bengaluru; its own metal reaches Bengaluru only as MEL–SYD–BLR (6,251 mi, Zone 7 on the cheaper QANTAS table, 43,200) and that SYD–BLR sector is suspended 8 Aug – 24 Oct 2026, resuming 25 October. Boundary note: the Malaysia Trip sits 85 miles — 1.5% — inside the Zone 6 ceiling and both formulae Qantas has used agree (haversine 5,715 mi, Vincenty 5,710); the SriLankan build clears the ceiling by 165. A reading above 5,800 miles would price Zone 7, 51,800. Classic Rewards are points + taxes, fees and carrier charges; Qantas publishes no surcharge table, so no numeric value is asserted here.

Vietnam Airlines via HAN (MEL–HAN–BLR) — EuroBonus’s only redeemable metal on this pair, ×2 VN partner multiplier

Vietnam Airlines SkyTeam

Re-metalled 2026-08-01 by the multi-metal phantom sweep. The five carriers this row used to name — Air France, KLM, Korean Air, Saudia and SAS — cannot build Bengaluru–Melbourne between them: none of Air France, KLM, Korean Air or Saudia has a Melbourne door, and SAS has never served India. Vietnam Airlines via Hanoi is the one EuroBonus-REDEEMABLE carrier that covers both ends (China Eastern and Singapore Airlines are earn-only on EuroBonus, and the Etihad carve-out is Europe↔Abu Dhabi), and VN metal carries EuroBonus’s ×2 partner multiplier — so the “Central, East & South Asia”→Pacific cell (70,000 economy / 140,000 business round-trip, one-way 60% = 42,000 / 84,000) doubles to 84,000 economy / 168,000 business one-way. Cheapest verified SkyTeam build is Vietnam Airlines MEL–HAN–BLR — per-segment: HAN–BLR 50,000 (SW Asia × SE Asia) + MEL–HAN 60,000 (SE Asia × SW Pacific) = 110,000. Bengaluru is a HANOI-attributed Vietnam Airlines station and VN flies MEL–HAN NONSTOP (Hanoi's own airlines-and-destinations table lists the nonstop and so does the far end's, dual-sourced 2026-08-01), so the Saigon leg is not a segment this itinerary flies: the build is TWO segments, not three. CORRECTED 2026-08-01 — the board previously priced SGN–HAN–BLR–MEL at 130,000, one SGN–HAN segment too many. India is SW Asia on that table. LotusMiles' own SGN/HAN metal runs off a separate chart (25k/60k one-way). One-way. Re-read against the chart in THIS direction on 06-Aug-2026: the official LotusMiles partner table is one upper-triangular zone-pair grid — 66 printed cells for 66 unordered zone pairs, with no from/to distinction to read — and miles are deducted per flight segment, so the reverse itinerary flies the same segments and sums the same cells. Verified, not an estimate.

Aegean Miles+Bonus

the play 55,000 pts

No Indian card feeds it — Marriott Bonvoy 3:1 is the only road in, and awards only display once you hold the full balance.

Copa Airlines ConnectMiles

60,000 pts

Copa's partner chart is a strictly upper-triangular region matrix — one cell per unordered region pair, no direction axis at all — so 60,000 is the same published cell as blr-mel, re-read off the official Copa PDF on 2026-08-06 rather than inferred.

Mirrored from blr-mel: the chart cell is the same in either direction, so 70,000 is that corridor's number read back the other way — an estimate until this direction is re-read, and never crowned THE PLAY.

Estimate Mirrored from blr-mel — Air China PhoenixMiles prices the zone pair, not the direction of travel, so this reads the blr-mel business cell back the other way; the desk has not separately re-read the chart for this direction.

~75,000 pts est.

The real builds are Malaysia Airlines KUL–BLR 1,792 mi + MEL–KUL 3,924 mi = 5,715 flown miles and SriLankan CMB–BLR 441 + MEL–CMB 5,193 = 5,635, both inside the Asia-Pacific chart's 5,001–7,000 mi band at 75,000 business / 37,500 economy one-way, plus the $20 partner booking fee per person each way (up from $12.50 on 1-Jul-2026). The price is unchanged — the phantom happened to sit in the same band — but the routing was invented. Qantas metal reaches Bengaluru only as BLR–SYD–MEL (6,251 flown miles, same band) and that feed pauses with the Sydney–Bengaluru nonstop, suspended 8 Aug – 24 Oct 2026; Cathay via Hong Kong is a band dearer at 7,063 flown miles, 85,000. One-way. Mirrored from blr-mel: the chart cell is the same in either direction, so 75,000 is that corridor's number read back the other way — an estimate until this direction is re-read, and never crowned THE PLAY.

Air France-KLM Flying Blue

~80,000 pts est.

Malaysia Airlines via KUL (MEL–KUL–BLR), or Qantas via SYD (MEL–SYD–BLR, suspended 8 Aug – 24 Oct 2026) — Flying Blue partner award (dynamic), or Vietnam Airlines via HAN

Malaysia AirlinesQantasVietnam Airlines

Flying Blue has no award chart, but its partner awards are additive per segment, so this routing bands to 80,000 business (MEL–KUL 6,315 km → 50,000 + KUL–BLR 2,884 km → 30,000 = 80,000 business).

This row rides Malaysia Airlines (a Flying Blue non-alliance partner redemption — Flying Blue runs ONE partner engine over SkyTeam and non-alliance metal alike, which the 13-Jan-2025 repricing proved by moving Etihad and Delta together), so it is banded segment by segment: MEL–KUL 6,315 km → 50,000 + KUL–BLR 2,884 km → 30,000 = 80,000 business.

TAP's 4 May 2026 devaluation lifted Oceania→India from 60k/105k to 70k/115k one-way. Malaysia Airlines via KUL (MEL–KUL–BLR, oneworld), Qantas Partner Classic Flight Reward — Zone 6 on 5,715 one-way miles

Malaysia AirlinesSriLankan AirlinesCathay Pacific oneworld

Repriced 1-Aug-2026 onto the cheapest verified Trip, and it moves two bands. A Classic Flight Reward is banded on the SUM of its great-circle sectors: Malaysia Airlines MEL–KUL 3,924 mi + KUL–BLR 1,792 mi = 5,715 mi, partner Zone 6 (4,801–5,800 mi), 108,000 — against the 143,000 this row carried for Cathay via Hong Kong (7,063 mi, Zone 8). SriLankan via Colombo confirms the band from a second, independent routing: MEL–CMB 5,193 mi + CMB–BLR 441 mi = 5,635 mi, Zone 6 as well. Qantas has never flown Melbourne–Bengaluru; its own metal reaches Bengaluru only as MEL–SYD–BLR (6,251 mi, Zone 7 on the cheaper QANTAS table, 113,900) and that SYD–BLR sector is suspended 8 Aug – 24 Oct 2026, resuming 25 October. Boundary note: the Malaysia Trip sits 85 miles — 1.5% — inside the Zone 6 ceiling and both formulae Qantas has used agree (haversine 5,715 mi, Vincenty 5,710); the SriLankan build clears the ceiling by 165. A reading above 5,800 miles would price Zone 7, 125,400.
