What it's worth to you, after the fee
Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes a fee schedule AND an earn table — we have neither number, so there is nothing to net off against nothing. Everything we can source — the fee, the charges, the migration that put this card in your hand — is above and stands on its own; this card is simply not on the board, not in the calculator, and cannot win a best-of call until IndusInd Bank publishes terms we can cite.
Why we decline to value some cards, and what it takes to change that →
2 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · why it ranks #465
Why #465 A business card carried, not ranked. What it is: the upper rung of IndusInd's Fortuna purchase line — the same two domestic lounge visits and ₹50 lakh of fraud cover as its Prima sibling, against a cashback ceiling nearly three times as high and just as unpublished.
The take
Fortuna AdvantEdge is Fortuna Prima with the cashback ceiling raised from 0.40% to 1.10%, and everything else held identical — the two cards share one benefit guide, one lounge quota, one insurance package and one fuel band. So the entire question about this card is what that 1.10% actually means, and IndusInd's answer is a shrug dressed as a feature: "Enjoy Cashback upto as high as 1.10% as your spending increases, with tailored tiers designed to maximize your returns on every transaction." Not one tier is published, no threshold is named, and the incentive terms make clear why — the rate is agreed in the company's sanction letter and paid to the company against a monthly invoice. What is real and checkable: two complimentary domestic lounge visits a year on IndusInd's own list, ₹25 lakh of card-liability cover, another ₹25 lakh of corporate liability waiver insurance against employee fraud, and a 1% fuel surcharge waiver from ₹500 to ₹10,000. Forex is 3.50%, the Indian norm, and the price to be issued the card is a negotiated band. A high ceiling on an invisible ladder is not a reward rate, so this desk carries the card without valuing it.

what we can and cannot price
Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes a fee schedule AND an earn table — we have neither number, so there is nothing to net off against nothing. A break-even is the spend at which value crosses a fee, and we are short one side of that sentence — so this desk prints no ladder, no crossing and no ₹0 standing in for either. What we can source about this card is under Sources.

The downgrade
IndusInd Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and we cannot price either side of it.

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →
The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.
What's good
- 2 complimentary domestic lounge visits a year, on IndusInd's own published lounge list
- ₹25 lakh of card-liability cover plus ₹25 lakh of corporate liability waiver insurance against employee fraud
- The annual fee is waived outright in IndusInd's own commercial-cards MITC
- 1% fuel surcharge waived between ₹500 and ₹10,000, the same wide band its Prima sibling gets
- The company name embossed on a fourth line, up to 19 characters including the department
Watch out
- The cashback is a ceiling on an unpublished ladder — "upto as high as 1.10% as your spending increases", with no tier and no threshold stated anywhere
- IndusInd's commercial MITC prints the annual fee as "Waived" and the joining fee as a negotiated ₹0–₹10,000 band — so renewing the card may cost nothing while being issued it can cost up to ₹10,000, and only your company's sanction letter says which
- 3.50% forex markup — the Indian norm, with a further 1% on dynamic currency conversion
- Card use is restricted by transaction limit and merchant category, as a purchase card's is
- Priority Pass visits cost up to US$27 per person per visit; the two free visits are IndusInd's own
- Late payment runs up to 3% of the total outstanding a month — 36% a year
What these points actually fly
IndusInd Bank has not published what this card earns, so there are no points here to fly with — not zero points, and not points that go nowhere: nothing stated either way. The moment a benefit sheet exists we will price whatever it names.

- 1 Jul 2026Pioneer Legacy's quarterly lounge visit now costs ₹1.5 lakh of spend1 complimentary domestic lounge visit a quarter, no spend condition → From the Jul–Sep 2026 quarter, the visit unlocks only on ₹1,50,000 of previous-quarter spend
The spend-tracking regime IndusInd switched on in April now bites: from the July–September 2026 quarter, Pioneer Legacy's single complimentary domestic lounge visit is granted only if you put ₹1.5 lakh through the card the quarter before. Legacy sits in the same ₹1.5L tier as Pinnacle; Indulge, Solitaire and Crest need ₹5 lakh for theirs. The gate covers the domestic visit — the Priority Pass international allowance isn't part of this condition. On a private-banking card with a ₹50,000 retail joining fee, spend-gating one lounge visit a quarter is a remarkably small door to put a toll on, and IndusInd did it anyway.

- 7 Mar 2025Legend loses lounge access entirely1 complimentary domestic lounge visit per quarter → No complimentary lounge access at all
A year after halving Legend's lounge visits, IndusInd came back and took the rest. From 7 March 2025 the card offers no complimentary lounge access, domestic or otherwise — on a product still marketed with a ₹5,000 joining fee. The lifetime-free Legend crowd shrugs; anyone who paid for this card on the strength of its airport perks got a two-step lesson in how IndusInd sunsets a benefit.
