IndusInd Pinnacle loses free lounge access — ₹ spend gate

IndusInd Pinnacle's domestic lounge access now requires a spend criterion to be met from July 2026 quarter, with the bank tracking spend from 1 April 2026. This change affects the card's complimentary lounge visits, making them conditional on prior spend.

IndusInd Bank has introduced a spend-gated system for domestic lounge access on the IndusInd Pinnacle card. As of 1 April 2026, the bank will track card spend to determine eligibility for complimentary domestic lounge visits from the July 2026 quarter onward. This change means that cardholders will only be able to access domestic lounges for free if they meet a spend criterion in the preceding quarter. The visit count remains unchanged, but the access is now conditional on meeting the spend target. Our take: If you’re an IndusInd Pinnacle cardholder who relies on the complimentary domestic lounge access, review your spend patterns to ensure you meet the new criterion. Consider adjusting your spending habits or exploring alternative cards with more flexible lounge access policies.
