IndusInd launches ODCC Linked Credit Card for OD/CC borrowers
IndusInd's new commercial card spends straight from a business's overdraft or cash-credit limit. The KFS prints no joining or annual fee and 1.99% forex, and leaves cashback as 'As Applicable'.
What changed
Launch · IndusInd Bank
Before
IndusInd commercial range was Corporate / CTA / Purchase (Fortuna, eSvarna) plus Saarthi/Vrddhi business cards — no OD/CC-linked plastic
After
Commercial card draws on the sanctioned overdraft or cash-credit limit in real time; joining and annual fees Not Applicable; forex 1.99% + GST; cashback As Applicable
The card this affects
IndusInd Bank has put a credit card on top of a business’s existing Overdraft or Cash Credit facility. The card has no limit of its own. Every swipe debits the OD/CC account in real time, so there is no billing cycle, no interest-free period and no card APR.
What the Key Facts Statement prints:
- Joining and annual fee: Not Applicable. That is a published zero, so the card is filed as free.
- Forex: 1.99% + GST, about half the usual Indian markup. DCC carries 1%.
- Lounge access: Not Applicable.
- Rewards/Cashback: “As Applicable”. The benefit guide says rates vary by merchant category and transaction type but prints no percentage, so we carry the earn as unpublished, not zero.
It ranks only on the business board, against other business cards, never against personal ones.
