The card this affects
IndusInd started tracking card spend on 1 April 2026, and the July quarter is the first one where the tracking decides who gets in. On the bank’s three most expensive cards the bar is ₹5,00,000 of spend in the previous quarter. Clear it and Solitaire gets 4 complimentary domestic lounge visits for the quarter, Crest gets 2 and Indulge gets 6. Miss it and the quota is zero until the next quarter’s test.
Celesta sits on the lower ₹1,50,000 bar, the same one Pinnacle and Pioneer Legacy face, and it still unlocks unlimited domestic visits. That makes it the loosest lounge gate on the IndusInd range by some distance.
The arithmetic is unkind. ₹5 lakh a quarter is ₹20 lakh a year, twice the ₹10 lakh that waives the renewal fee on Solitaire, Crest and Indulge. A holder who spends just enough to keep the card free now loses the domestic lounge line in every quarter they don’t double that pace. The international allowance is not part of this condition: Solitaire’s LoungeKey visits and Indulge’s Priority Pass visits are counted separately.
Our take: price these cards without the domestic lounge line unless you put ₹20 lakh a year through one of them. If lounge access is the reason you hold an IndusInd card, Celesta at ₹1.5 lakh a quarter is now the one that delivers it.
