IndusInd Pioneer Legacy lounge visit now ₹1.5 lakh spend

IndusInd Bank has introduced a spend condition for the complimentary domestic lounge visit on its Pioneer Legacy card. From the July-September 2026 quarter, cardholders will need to spend ₹1.5 lakh in the previous quarter to unlock this benefit. The spend requirement is part of IndusInd’s new spend-tracking regime, which was switched on in April. This change affects only the domestic lounge visit, and the Priority Pass international allowance remains unchanged. Other cards in the same tier, such as Pinnacle, have the same spend requirement, while cards like Indulge, Solitaire, and Crest require ₹5 lakh of spend for their lounge benefits. Our take: a ₹50,000 joining fee, and the domestic lounge visit still costs ₹1.5 lakh of prior-quarter spend on top — ₹6 lakh a year to unlock something lifetime-free cards hand over for nothing. The Priority Pass international allowance is untouched, and that is where whatever value remains here actually sits. Price the Pioneer Legacy on its international lounge line and write the domestic visit off completely.
