What it's worth to you, after the fee
Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes a fee schedule AND an earn table — we have neither number, so there is nothing to net off against nothing. Everything we can source — the fee, the charges, the migration that put this card in your hand — is above and stands on its own; this card is simply not on the board, not in the calculator, and cannot win a best-of call until IndusInd Bank publishes terms we can cite.

3 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · the network variants · why it ranks #462
Why #462 A business card carried, not ranked. What it is: IndusInd's RuPay corporate card, and the lounge quota is the reason to look — eight domestic and two international visits a year, which beats most of India's commercial shelf outright.
The take
eSvarna is IndusInd's RuPay answer to the corporate card, and it earns its place here on one number: ten complimentary lounge visits a year, eight domestic and two international. That is a wider quota than most of India's commercial shelf grants at any price, and considerably wider than IndusInd's own Visa corporate card, which gives one Visa lounge visit a quarter and charges up to US$27 a head for anything through Priority Pass. The rest is corporate-card plumbing done well: the card is linkable to UPI, the company name is embossed on the face, one consolidated payment settles every employee card, and there is ₹15 lakh of cover against counterfeit fraud and lost-card liability. Two things you cannot look up. The price is a band rather than a number — IndusInd's MITC waives the annual fee outright and then prints the onboarding charge as a range five figures wide, so what your company actually pays to be issued the card was settled in its sanction letter and appears in no public document. And there is no reward rate at all in the consumer sense: the incentive accrues to the COMPANY, at a rate agreed at onboarding, claimed by uploading a monthly invoice. Forex is 3.50%, the Indian norm, so the lounges are the whole travel case and the card is not one to carry abroad.

Keep, downgrade or cancel
what we can and cannot price
Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes a fee schedule AND an earn table — we have neither number, so there is nothing to net off against nothing. A break-even is the spend at which value crosses a fee, and we are short one side of that sentence — so this desk prints no ladder, no crossing and no ₹0 standing in for either. What we can source about this card is under Sources.

The downgrade
IndusInd Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and we cannot price either side of it.

- 15 Jun 2026 IndusInd doubles its DCC fee to 2% on the mass shelf, and holds 1% on the premium one issuer-wide

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →
The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.
What's good
- 8 domestic and 2 international complimentary lounge visits every year
- The annual fee is waived outright in IndusInd's own commercial-cards MITC
- UPI-linkable RuPay corporate card — pay by scanning a merchant QR with no CVV or OTP
- ₹15 lakh of insurance cover against counterfeit fraud, plus lost-card liability
- 1% fuel surcharge waived on transactions between ₹400 and ₹4,000, at every petrol pump in India
- One consolidated payment settles every employee card, with the company name embossed on the face
Watch out
- IndusInd's commercial MITC prints the annual fee as "Waived" and the joining fee as a negotiated ₹0–₹10,000 band — so renewing the card may cost nothing while being issued it can cost up to ₹10,000, and only your company's sanction letter says which
- There is no cardholder reward rate: the incentive is paid to the COMPANY, at a rate set in its sanction letter, against a monthly invoice
- 3.50% forex markup — the Indian norm, with a further 1% on dynamic currency conversion
- Priority Pass visits cost up to US$27 per person per visit; the free quota is IndusInd's own
- Late payment runs up to 3% of the total outstanding a month — 36% a year
- The interest-free period is 20 to 50 days, and every card issued to the company is blocked if one statement's total goes unpaid
What these points actually fly
IndusInd Bank has not published what this card earns, so there are no points here to fly with — not zero points, and not points that go nowhere: nothing stated either way. The moment a benefit sheet exists we will price whatever it names.

Direct application — no invite list, no banking relationship required.
Not an application you make. IndusInd routes it entirely through the company — "For any further queries or clarifications or to apply for an IndusInd Bank Commercial Card, please reach us via the appended options", which is an email to the commercial-cards desk and a relationship manager. Limits, the incentive rate and the joining fee are all set in a sanction letter at onboarding. No income or turnover cutoff is published.

- 1 Jul 2026Pioneer Legacy's quarterly lounge visit now costs ₹1.5 lakh of spend1 complimentary domestic lounge visit a quarter, no spend condition → From the Jul–Sep 2026 quarter, the visit unlocks only on ₹1,50,000 of previous-quarter spend
The spend-tracking regime IndusInd switched on in April now bites: from the July–September 2026 quarter, Pioneer Legacy's single complimentary domestic lounge visit is granted only if you put ₹1.5 lakh through the card the quarter before. Legacy sits in the same ₹1.5L tier as Pinnacle; Indulge, Solitaire and Crest need ₹5 lakh for theirs. The gate covers the domestic visit — the Priority Pass international allowance isn't part of this condition. On a private-banking card with a ₹50,000 retail joining fee, spend-gating one lounge visit a quarter is a remarkably small door to put a toll on, and IndusInd did it anyway.
- 15 Jun 2026IndusInd doubles its DCC fee to 2% on the mass shelf, and holds 1% on the premium one
- 1 Apr 2026IndusInd Pinnacle's domestic lounge access goes spend-gated
- 25 Mar 2025IndusInd hikes redemption fee to ₹149, caps cash-outs at 50%
- 7 Mar 2025Legend loses lounge access entirely1 complimentary domestic lounge visit per quarter → No complimentary lounge access at all
A year after halving Legend's lounge visits, IndusInd came back and took the rest. From 7 March 2025 the card offers no complimentary lounge access, domestic or otherwise — on a product still marketed with a ₹5,000 joining fee. The lifetime-free Legend crowd shrugs; anyone who paid for this card on the strength of its airport perks got a two-step lesson in how IndusInd sunsets a benefit.
