What it's worth to you, after the fee

Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes how it earns — every net-value number here would be a fee subtracted from rewards nobody has described. Everything we can source — the fee, the charges, the migration that put this card in your hand — is above and stands on its own; this card is simply not on the board, not in the calculator, and cannot win a best-of call until IndusInd Bank publishes terms we can cite.

The take

For a few years this was the most aggressive airline card in India, and it is worth recording exactly what it was before explaining why it is gone. Forty thousand rupees to join bought complimentary Club Vistara Gold status for a year, a Vistara business-class ticket voucher, and ₹25,000 of gift vouchers; ₹10,000 a year bought another business-class voucher on every renewal; and the milestone table handed out one more voucher at every ₹3 lakh of annual spend to a maximum of five, so a ₹15 lakh spender collected five one-way domestic business-class base fares a year. Forex was 1.8%, there was no late-payment fee, no over-limit fee and no cash-advance charge, and Priority Pass covered four visits a quarter to lounges outside India. Then Vistara merged into Air India. IndusInd's own notice on this page is unambiguous: the programme was revised from 12 November 2024, "the benefits on the Vistara Credit Card is only applicable till 31st March-25", and holders are "getting Migrated to different variant of IndusInd Bank Credit Card". The MITC still prints the ₹40,000 and ₹10,000 — with a footnote saying no joining or annual fee will be charged after 31 March 2025. So nothing is earning, nothing is redeeming, and nothing is being billed. If you still hold one, the question is only which IndusInd card you were migrated onto and what that one earns; this row exists so the card does not simply vanish from the record.

Your renewal — keep, downgrade or cancel

There is no renewal arithmetic to run on this card yet — and a break-even we cannot source is not one we will print.

Keep, downgrade or cancel

what we can and cannot price

Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes how it earns — every net-value number here would be a fee subtracted from rewards nobody has described. A break-even is the spend at which value crosses a fee, and we are short one side of that sentence — so this desk prints no ladder, no crossing and no ₹0 standing in for either. What we can source about this card is under Sources.

The downgrade

IndusInd Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and we cannot price either side of it.

What has changed under this card

  • 15 Jun 2026 IndusInd doubles its DCC fee to 2% on the mass shelf, and holds 1% on the premium one issuer-wide
  • 25 Mar 2025 IndusInd hikes redemption fee to ₹149, caps cash-outs at 50% issuer-wide

We price what is in force today — a change that has not happened yet is not in these numbers. the full archive for this card →

If you call to cancel

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →

The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.

What's good

  • IndusInd's MITC footnotes this card's fee row: "^No Joining or Annual fee will be charged after 31st March, 2025" — the ₹40,000 and ₹10,000 are the published prices, not what a holder is now billed
  • 1.8% foreign-currency markup from 4 November 2024, against IndusInd's 3.5% standard
  • No late-payment fee, no over-limit fee and no cash-advance charge — the MITC confirms all three waivers for this card by name
  • What it used to pay: a Vistara business-class ticket voucher on joining and on every renewal, plus one more at each ₹3,00,000 of annual spend to a maximum of five a year
  • Buy-one-get-one on BookMyShow with the free ticket capped at ₹700, up to two a month, plus ₹100 off on food and beverage and 20% off events and theatre

Watch out

  • THE PROGRAMME IS GONE. Club Vistara closed with Vistara's merger into Air India, IndusInd revised this card from 12 November 2024, and the bank states that "the benefits on the Vistara Credit Card is only applicable till 31st March-25"
  • Holders were migrated to a different IndusInd card — check which variant you are actually on, because its earn table is not this one's
  • We state no reward rate for this card: it earned Club Vistara Points, a currency that no longer exists, and IndusInd closed Club Vistara redemptions on its cards effective 31 October 2024
  • Closed to new applicants
  • The Priority Pass covered four visits a quarter OUTSIDE India only — IndusInd's own text says usage charges of up to US$35 for visits within India "shall not be waived off", and neither are guest visits anywhere
  • The Club Vistara Gold membership was first-year only
  • The business-class vouchers waived the base fare on a one-way domestic Vistara ticket — taxes and surcharges were always the holder's

What these points actually fly

IndusInd Bank has not published what this card earns, so there are no points here to fly with — not zero points, and not points that go nowhere: nothing stated either way. The moment a benefit sheet exists we will price whatever it names.

You cannot get it, and there is nothing left to get. Vistara ceased to exist as an airline when it merged into Air India, Club Vistara wound down into the Maharaja Club, and IndusInd migrated this card's holders onto a different variant with benefits running only to 31 March 2025. The product page survives carrying those notices. Readers who want an airline card from IndusInd today are looking at the Avios Visa Infinite, whose co-brand counterparty the MITC names as the Qatar Airways group.

IndusInd Bank publishes no income or age cutoffs for this card. Blank means blank — we don't invent numbers to fill a grid.

Pioneer Legacy's quarterly lounge visit now costs ₹1.5 lakh of spend
1 complimentary domestic lounge visit a quarter, no spend condition → From the Jul–Sep 2026 quarter, the visit unlocks only on ₹1,50,000 of previous-quarter spend

The spend-tracking regime IndusInd switched on in April now bites: from the July–September 2026 quarter, Pioneer Legacy's single complimentary domestic lounge visit is granted only if you put ₹1.5 lakh through the card the quarter before. Legacy sits in the same ₹1.5L tier as Pinnacle; Indulge, Solitaire and Crest need ₹5 lakh for theirs. The gate covers the domestic visit — the Priority Pass international allowance isn't part of this condition. On a private-banking card with a ₹50,000 retail joining fee, spend-gating one lounge visit a quarter is a remarkably small door to put a toll on, and IndusInd did it anyway.

A year after halving Legend's lounge visits, IndusInd came back and took the rest. From 7 March 2025 the card offers no complimentary lounge access, domestic or otherwise — on a product still marketed with a ₹5,000 joining fee. The lifetime-free Legend crowd shrugs; anyone who paid for this card on the strength of its airport perks got a two-step lesson in how IndusInd sunsets a benefit.
