What it's worth to you, after the fee

Welcome: Not published — IndusInd advertises no joining benefit on the product page, the Benefit Guide or the Key Facts Statement

Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes how it earns — every net-value number here would be a fee subtracted from rewards nobody has described. Everything we can source — the fee, the charges, the migration that put this card in your hand — is above and stands on its own; this card is simply not on the board, not in the calculator, and cannot win a best-of call until IndusInd Bank publishes terms we can cite.

IndusInd Bank · Not published · entry

Why #466 A business card carried, not ranked. What it is: IndusInd's commercial card hung off an existing OD or CC limit — no separate credit line, no card interest, and a cashback programme the bank refuses to price in public.

The take

Read the Key Facts Statement and the product stops being mysterious. Joining fee: not applicable. Annual fee: not applicable. Additional credit limit: not applicable. Interest-free period: not applicable. Cash withdrawal: not permitted. Priority Pass and lounge access: not applicable. This is not a revolving credit card; every swipe is "directly debited to the linked OD/CC account in real time", and the available limit at any moment is the sanctioned OD/CC limit minus what is already outstanding on that facility. Interest and late payment follow the underlying OD/CC account, not a card APR. What makes it interesting for a travel reader is the forex line — 1.99% + GST — half India's 3.5% norm, on a commercial card the Features table marks for domestic and international use. What you cannot price is the earn: the Benefit Guide sells "cashback on eligible spends" with MCC-based differential pricing and an invoice process at the Corporate ID, and the KFS rewards row stops at "As Applicable". Until IndusInd publishes a rate, this card is carried and not valued on earn.

Your renewal — keep, downgrade or cancel

Keep, downgrade or cancel

what we can and cannot price

Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes how it earns — every net-value number here would be a fee subtracted from rewards nobody has described. A break-even is the spend at which value crosses a fee, and we are short one side of that sentence — so this desk prints no ladder, no crossing and no ₹0 standing in for either. What we can source about this card is under Sources.

The downgrade

IndusInd Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and we cannot price either side of it.

What has changed under this card

  • 15 Jun 2026 IndusInd doubles its DCC fee to 2% on the mass shelf, and holds 1% on the premium one issuer-wide
  • 25 Mar 2025 IndusInd hikes redemption fee to ₹149, caps cash-outs at 50% issuer-wide

We price what is in force today — a change that has not happened yet is not in these numbers. the full archive for this card →

If you call to cancel

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →

The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.

What's good

  • Spends draw on the sanctioned OD/CC limit — no separate or additional credit limit on the card
  • Every card transaction is debited to the linked OD/CC account in real time; there is no separate billing cycle
  • Joining fee and annual fee both print Not Applicable on the Key Facts Statement
  • 1.99% + GST foreign-currency markup — roughly half India's 3.5% norm
  • 1% fuel surcharge waived on individual fuel transactions between ₹500 and ₹10,000
  • Add-on cards for authorised employees, with spend controls and merchant-category restrictions

Watch out

  • THE CASHBACK RATE IS NOT PUBLISHED. The KFS rewards row reads "As Applicable"; the Benefit Guide describes MCC-variable, invoice-based cashback at Corporate ID level and links a T&C document that is not on the product page — so earn is carried as null
  • Priority Pass / lounge access is Not Applicable on the Key Facts Statement — there is no free lounge quota
  • Cash withdrawal, ATM balance check and cheque-related transactions are not permitted on the card
  • Card usage suspends automatically if the OD/CC limit is not renewed, the account is irregular, or the facility is closed
  • Interest and late-payment charges follow the underlying OD/CC account, not a card schedule
  • Applications go through a Relationship Manager — there is no public online funnel
  • The features table's acceptance row names RuPay, Visa and Mastercard, and neither the Key Facts Statement nor the benefit guide says which scheme is on the plastic

What these points actually fly

IndusInd Bank has not published what this card earns, so there are no points here to fly with — not zero points, and not points that go nowhere: nothing stated either way. The moment a benefit sheet exists we will price whatever it names.

Pioneer Legacy's quarterly lounge visit now costs ₹1.5 lakh of spend
1 complimentary domestic lounge visit a quarter, no spend condition → From the Jul–Sep 2026 quarter, the visit unlocks only on ₹1,50,000 of previous-quarter spend

The spend-tracking regime IndusInd switched on in April now bites: from the July–September 2026 quarter, Pioneer Legacy's single complimentary domestic lounge visit is granted only if you put ₹1.5 lakh through the card the quarter before. Legacy sits in the same ₹1.5L tier as Pinnacle; Indulge, Solitaire and Crest need ₹5 lakh for theirs. The gate covers the domestic visit — the Priority Pass international allowance isn't part of this condition. On a private-banking card with a ₹50,000 retail joining fee, spend-gating one lounge visit a quarter is a remarkably small door to put a toll on, and IndusInd did it anyway.

A year after halving Legend's lounge visits, IndusInd came back and took the rest. From 7 March 2025 the card offers no complimentary lounge access, domestic or otherwise — on a product still marketed with a ₹5,000 joining fee. The lifetime-free Legend crowd shrugs; anyone who paid for this card on the strength of its airport perks got a two-step lesson in how IndusInd sunsets a benefit.
