What it's worth to you, after the fee

Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes a fee — every net-value number here would be wrong by exactly the fee we can't find. Everything we can source — the earn rate, the transfer routes, the lounge doors — is above and stands on its own; this card is simply not on the board, not in the calculator, and cannot win a best-of call until HDFC Bank publishes a fee schedule we can cite.

2 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · why it ranks #927

HDFC Bank · Not published · premium

Why #927 Carried, not ranked. The junior half of HDFC's SAP Concur pair: three-fifths of Black's earn, two lounge visits a quarter against Black's five plus fifteen international, and a full point more forex — 3.5% where Black pays 2.5%, on the same corporate schedule. Its product page is gone, but HDFC's live corporate MITC still names it in four separate clauses.

Not published
Annual fee — no issuer document states one
None
Fee waiver

The corporate rate HDFC publishes on the card's own page: "1 Reward Point = INR 0.30 when redeemed on offers.smartbuy.hdfcbank.com/corporate", against airline tickets, hotel bookings and a redemption catalogue. That is the FLOOR of our HDFC Reward Points band — the corporate portal is the cheapest exit HDFC operates for this currency, and the reason a 3-per-₹150 headline lands at 0.6% rather than at two. Airmiles conversion is offered but unpriced. Points last two years and every redemption costs ₹99.

The take

HDFC sells its SAP Concur expense-management stack behind two cards and this is the cheaper one, which in a corporate book means the one your finance team gets when the travel budget did not justify the other. Everything is a haircut on Black. The earn is three Reward Points per ₹150 rather than five, capped at 6,000 points a statement cycle rather than 10,000 — both cards stop accruing at ₹3 lakh of monthly spend, this one just gets less on the way there, and at the ₹0.30 HDFC prints for the corporate SmartBuy portal that works out to 0.6%. The lounge allowance is two domestic visits a quarter, eight a year, against Black's forty. Forex is the one that should decide it: 3.5% here, 2.5% on Black, on the same schedule and in the same clause — a company routing ₹50 lakh of international travel through this card instead of the other pays ₹50,000 a year for the privilege. Revolving credit is 3.49% a month against Black's 2.95%. The fuel waiver stops at ₹5,000 a transaction and ₹500 a cycle rather than ₹10,000 and ₹1,000. What survives intact is the insurance, which is genuinely travel-shaped: ₹1 crore of air accident cover, ₹1 lakh of emergency medical abroad, employee-fraud cover at ₹2.5 lakh a card and ₹50 lakh across the company, plus Boingo Wi-Fi at a million hotspots in a hundred countries. The price is the one thing you cannot look up — the fees page defers to the corporate MITC and the MITC says the fee varies per cardmember. And the product page is gone: it now redirects to HDFC's generic commercial-cards listing, while the live corporate schedule goes on naming this card in four separate clauses. Existing holders are serviced; nobody new is being sold one.

Keep, downgrade or cancel

what we can and cannot price

Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes a fee — every net-value number here would be wrong by exactly the fee we can't find. A break-even is the spend at which value crosses a fee, and we are short one side of that sentence — so this desk prints no ladder, no crossing and no ₹0 standing in for either. What we can source about this card is under Sources.

The downgrade

HDFC Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and we cannot price either side of it.

What has changed under this card

  • 23 Sep 2026 Axis EDGE brings Accor back, drops ITC, and adds Cathay, Miles & More and Hilton a program these points reach
  • 15 Sep 2026 Wyndham splits its three flat free-night tiers into four a program these points reach
  • 8 Sep 2026 Flying Blue splits award tickets into Light / Standard / Flex — a 25% rise for the same product a program these points reach

If you call to cancel

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →

The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.

What's good

  • 2 complimentary domestic lounge visits a quarter — 8 a year
  • 3 Reward Points per ₹150 — 0.6% at HDFC's published ₹0.30 corporate redemption rate
  • Boingo Wi-Fi on the ground and in the air at over 1 million hotspots in 100 countries
  • ₹1 crore air accident cover and ₹1 lakh emergency medical abroad
  • Employee-fraud cover at ₹2.5 lakh per card and ₹50 lakh corporate-wide
  • Up to 50 days of interest-free credit

Watch out

  • The fee is unpublished — the fees page defers to the corporate MITC, and the MITC says the fee "may vary for each Cardmember, and from offer to offer"
  • 3.5% forex, a full point above the SAP Concur Black sibling's 2.5% on the very same schedule
  • ₹0.30 a point is the FLOOR of our HDFC Reward Points band, which is why 3 per ₹150 is 0.6% and not more
  • Accrual stops at 6,000 Reward Points a statement cycle — ₹3 lakh of spend a month
  • Revolving credit runs at 3.49% a month (41.88% a year) against Black's 2.95%
  • Rent earns nothing; fuel earns nothing either, though the 1% surcharge waiver still applies
  • Every redemption costs ₹99, and points lapse after two years
  • Withdrawn — HDFC has taken the product page down and it now redirects to the generic commercial-cards listing, so there is no application path left

What these points actually fly

HDFC Reward Points move to Avianca LifeMiles , Air France-KLM Flying Blue , Etihad Guest , United MileagePlus , Air India Maharaja Points , AirAsia Rewards , SpiceJet SpiceClub , Accor Live Limitless (ALL) , Marriott Bonvoy , Club ITC , IHG One Rewards , Radisson Rewards and Wyndham Rewards — and those price every award dynamically. There is no published chart to quote, so we quote nothing: an estimate is not a seat.

You cannot, not directly. HDFC has taken the product page down — /hdfc-bank-sap-concur-prime-corporate-credit-card now 301-redirects to the generic commercial-cards listing, and the card is not on that listing. It is still a serviced product: the bank's live Corporate Credit Card MITC, Version 1.54, names "HDFC Bank & SAP Concur Solutions Prime" in its column heading and in three separate charge clauses. A company already on the SAP Concur programme should ask its HDFC relationship manager; there is no public application path left.

HDFC Bank publishes no income or age cutoffs for this card. Blank means blank — we don't invent numbers to fill a grid.

Axis EDGE brings Accor back, drops ITC, and adds Cathay, Miles & More and Hilton
Accor and Marriott off the grid since 2 April 2026; Club ITC live; no Cathay, Miles & More or Hilton → Accor live at the punished rates; ITC removed; Cathay, Hilton and Miles & More live; Marriott still gone

Axis's own Travel EDGE terms, re-read 25 September 2026, already show the grid that went live on 23 September. Accor ALL is back, and not at the old Atlas 1:2: EDGE Miles convert at 2:1 (Olympus 1:2) and EDGE Rewards at 5:1, with Magnus for Burgundy at 5:2 and only Burgundy Private still at 5:4. Club ITC is off the table. Three partners are new. Cathay Asia Miles sits on that same punished grid. Hilton Honors is the ordinary one: EDGE Miles 1:2, EDGE Rewards 5:2, Burgundy 5:4. Lufthansa Miles & More is the exception on Atlas, which converts 1:1 there while every other standard airline on that card is 1:2; the EDGE Rewards side of Miles & More is the ordinary 5:2. Marriott stays removed. Qatar Privilege Club was already back. Flying Blue, Air India and Qantas moved into Group A, which is the capped group. The Axis Rewards credit card's Amex network is advertised as joining-fee and annual-fee nil for a limited period; there is no separate Amex variant on this board, so that offer is not modelled as a fee change.
