HDFC BizBlack swaps its welcome for Accor+ Explorer and stops waiving the joining fee
For BizBlack cards set up from 15 September 2026, ₹1.5 lakh in 90 days buys All Accor+ Explorer, not Club Marriott plus a Taj voucher, and no longer waives the ₹10,000 joining fee.
What changed
Fee change · HDFC Bank
Before
₹1.5 lakh in 90 days bought Club Marriott plus a ₹5,000 Taj stay voucher and waived the ₹10,000 joining fee; income bar ITR above ₹30 lakh
After
Cards set up from 15 Sep 2026: ₹1.5 lakh in 90 days buys All Accor+ Explorer (Elite All Accor Gold) and no fee waiver; business ITR above ₹45 lakh
The card this affects

HDFC’s BizBlack Metal page now dates a new welcome. For cards set up on or after 15 September 2026, spending ₹1.5 lakh in the first 90 days unlocks All Accor+ Explorer membership with Elite All Accor Gold status.
The old offer on the same spend was different in two ways:
- What you get. Cards set up from 25 October 2025 to 14 September 2026 still get Club Marriott plus a ₹5,000 Taj stay voucher.
- The joining fee. The same ₹1.5 lakh used to waive the ₹10,000 first-year fee. That line has gone from the Fees & Charges block, so a new holder now pays it.
The published eligibility moved too: from ITR above ₹30 lakh to business-income ITR above ₹45 lakh.
Unchanged: the ₹10,000 fee, the ₹7.5 lakh renewal waiver and 5 reward points per ₹150.

HDFC BizPower vs HDFC Biz Black Metal
HDFC's two business cards, four times apart on fee — ₹2,500 against ₹10,000, a ₹12L ITR bar against ₹45L. BizBlack earns twice as hard and reaches one programme; BizPower earns like a Regalia Gold and reaches twenty-two.
