This suggests that HDFC is no longer issuing the card, although no official withdrawal notice has been found. The product page for the card still exists, with an Apply Now button and listed fees. However, the credit-card shelf on HDFC’s website has stated that the card can no longer be applied for since at least 17 August. This, combined with the MITC delisting, indicates that the card is likely closed to new applicants. Our take: Existing holders of the Harley-Davidson Diners Club Credit Card can continue to use their card with the same fees and benefits.
