HDFC Regalia Gold domestic lounge access now gated — ₹60,000/quarter
HDFC Regalia Gold's domestic lounge access now requires ₹60,000 prior-quarter spend for 3 visits/quarter. International lounge access remains unchanged.
HDFC Bank has introduced a spend gate for domestic lounge access on the Regalia Gold card, effective 1 July 2026. Cardholders will now need to spend ₹60,000 in the prior quarter to get 3 complimentary domestic lounge visits per quarter. The change does not affect international lounge access, with 6 Priority Pass visits still available annually. This revision comes on the heels of an earn rate cut in mid-May, further reducing the card’s value. Our take: ₹60,000 a quarter for 3 domestic visits, arriving weeks after May’s earn-rate cut — HDFC has repriced the Regalia Gold twice in one quarter and neither move went anywhere near the annual fee. The 6 Priority Pass visits a year do survive. If ₹20,000 a month isn’t already flowing through this card, treat the domestic lounge benefit as gone and value the card on its international access alone.
