RBL RazorpayX Corporate T&E

What it's worth to you, after the fee
Priced on the everyday mix — 30% groceries · 10% utilities · 20% travel · 6% fuel · 34% everything else — with this card's published category rules applied: it earns nothing on fuel here, so that spend is dropped, not paid at the headline, and stops pacing milestones and the waiver. Plus milestones, minus the fee. No accelerator credit — and a business card's accelerator is usually the point. This card is not on the board, which ranks personal cards only; it is ranked against other business cards on /best/business, where the tax, GST and vendor-payment rungs ARE credited and its ₹ reads higher.

Pays from the first rupee
At ₹1,000 a month — ₹12,000 a year — on the everyday mix this card returns ₹0 gross (earn ₹0) against its ₹0 fee = ₹0 net — at or above ₹0 from the first rung we price. The ladder runs in ₹1,000 steps to ₹1,00,000 a month and ₹10,000 steps to ₹5,00,000; figures are rounded to the hundred, and the accelerator is never credited.
2 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · why it ranks #486
Why #486 The same free corporate travel card as RBL's own T&E Gold — identical lounge quota, identical insurance schedule, identical earn table and cap — with half a point knocked off the foreign markup, 2.5% instead of 3%. What you pay for that is the gate: RBL issues it through Razorpay, so it is open to businesses on Razorpay's rails and to nobody else.
Ordinary RBL Reward Points, redeemed at rblrewards.rbl.bank.in and valued here at ₹0.25. RBL's commercial MITC governs them the same way it governs every commercial card: valid two years from accrual, and a ₹99 plus GST handling fee on every redemption request. At the 5,000-point cycle ceiling that is ₹1,250 of value a month at most.
The take
Line this card up against RBL's own Corporate T&E Gold and the two are the same product in every published respect but one. Same zero fee. Same two complimentary domestic lounge visits a calendar quarter. Same insurance schedule to the rupee — ₹1 crore of air-accident cover, ₹20 lakh of lost-card liability, ₹75,000 of baggage and documents. Same 2 Reward Points per ₹150 domestic and 3 per ₹150 abroad, same 5,000-point statement-cycle ceiling, same two-year expiry and same ₹99 redemption fee. The difference is the markup: 2.5% here against 3% on the Gold, which RBL states plainly in its own FAQ as "competitive foreign markup at 2.5% per transaction". For a startup already running payroll and payouts through RazorpayX, that half point is free money and the card is an easy yes. For anyone else the card does not exist: RBL's eligibility line is "Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs". The rest of the corporate mechanics are the commercial-shelf standard — corporate liability, no finance charges at all, minimum amount due equal to the total amount due, up to 50 days of float, and a Flexi Limit that lets a company issue another card without cutting anyone else's.

The downgrade
RBL Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and the numbers above are the whole of it.

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →
The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.
What's good
- 2.5% foreign markup — half a point better than RBL's own T&E Gold, at the same zero fee
- No joining fee and no annual fee, in RBL's commercial MITC and on the product page
- 2 complimentary domestic lounge visits every calendar quarter
- ₹1 crore air-accident cover, ₹20 lakh lost-card and fraud liability, ₹75,000 lost baggage and documents
- Up to 50 days interest-free credit with no finance charges of any kind
- Fuel-surcharge waiver of 1%, capped at ₹500 a billing cycle
- MCC-level spend restrictions and Flexi Limit — a company can cap what the card buys and issue more cards without re-cutting existing limits
Watch out
- Gated on Razorpay: RBL's own answer is that it is for 'Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs'
- Earn stops at 5,000 Reward Points per statement cycle, about ₹3.75 lakh of spend a month
- Points expire two years from accrual and every redemption request costs ₹99 + GST
- The minimum amount due EQUALS the total amount due: no revolving, and a late payment costs 2% of the outstanding, minimum ₹300
- No cash advance — RBL restricts that facility to the Corporate T&E Platinum
- RBL names no lounge operator, so the doors are not mapped on /lounges; the quota is real, the rooms are unpublished
- Corporate liability: an individual cannot apply, and the company decides who gets a card
What these points actually fly
RBL Reward Points move to Club ITC — and that programme prices every award dynamically. There is no published chart to quote, so we quote nothing: an estimate is not a seat.

3 sourced rules · 2 pay zero
The RazorpayX-branded T&E card runs on RBL's commercial rails and the same Commercial Cards MITC, which publishes one excluded spend category and no MCC table. RBL's own FAQ for this card confirms merchant-category restriction is available on request — a control the corporate sets, not an earn rule, and not modelled here.
- Fuel · excluded Zero points — the Commercial Cards MITC excludes "Any purchases made at petrol pumps/service stations, unless specifically communicated to the Cardmember otherwise". A 1% surcharge waiver capped at ₹500 a billing cycle, on ₹400–₹5,000 transactions, is the offset
- Forex / international spends · accelerated 3 Reward Points per ₹150 abroad against 2 per ₹150 at home — 2 RP/₹100 versus 1.33 — behind a 2.5% markup, half a point better than RBL's own T&E Gold. Earning stops once a statement cycle passes 5,000 points
- EMI conversions / merchant EMI · excluded Balance transfers, finance charges and disputed transactions are excluded by the Commercial Cards MITC's rewards clause; the EMI half is RBL's bank-wide consumer rule read across, with no commercial-specific wording published — flag

Direct application — no invite list, no banking relationship required.
Only through Razorpay. RBL's own FAQ answers "Who can apply for an RBL Bank RazorpayX Commercial/Corporate Card?" with "Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs can apply… Corporates can then request to issue individual RBL Bank RazorpayX Commercial Cards to their employees." RBL's credit team communicates a sanctioned limit within 15 working days, and full individual KYC is required per RBI rules even though the liability is corporate. A secured version against a fixed deposit is available and does not disturb the FD's interest; the deposit cannot be closed midway.
RBL Bank publishes no income or age cutoffs for this card. Blank means blank — we don't invent numbers to fill a grid.

The fine print
5 of 7 MITC rows published
What the MITC actually says — the rates, fees and cutoffs the brochure skips.
NIL joining fee and NIL annual fee. Published terms are identical to RBL's own Corporate T&E Gold in every respect but the markup — same 2 Reward Points per ₹150 domestic and 3 per ₹150 international, same 5,000-point statement-cycle ceiling, same two-year point expiry, same ₹99 + GST redemption handling fee, same 2 complimentary domestic lounge visits a calendar quarter with no operator named, same insurance schedule (₹1 crore air accident, ₹20 lakh lost-card and fraud liability, ₹75,000 lost baggage and documents, ₹15,000 flight delay, ₹12,500 passport loss, ₹7,500 baggage delay, ₹2,500 baggage damage), same 1% fuel-surcharge waiver capped ₹500 a cycle, same 30+20-day interest-free window and same no-revolving rule where the minimum amount due equals the total amount due. The markup is 2.5% against the Gold's 3.00%. Eligibility is the trade-off: RBL answers "Who can apply" with "Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs". Merchant-category restrictions can be set per card, and a Flexi Limit lets a corporate issue further cards without re-cutting existing limits.

- 23 Sept 2026Axis EDGE brings Accor back, drops ITC, and adds Cathay, Miles & More and HiltonAccor and Marriott off the grid since 2 April 2026; Club ITC live; no Cathay, Miles & More or Hilton → Accor live at the punished rates; ITC removed; Cathay, Hilton and Miles & More live; Marriott still gone
Axis's own Travel EDGE terms, re-read 25 September 2026, already show the grid that went live on 23 September. Accor ALL is back, and not at the old Atlas 1:2: EDGE Miles convert at 2:1 (Olympus 1:2) and EDGE Rewards at 5:1, with Magnus for Burgundy at 5:2 and only Burgundy Private still at 5:4. Club ITC is off the table. Three partners are new. Cathay Asia Miles sits on that same punished grid. Hilton Honors is the ordinary one: EDGE Miles 1:2, EDGE Rewards 5:2, Burgundy 5:4. Lufthansa Miles & More is the exception on Atlas, which converts 1:1 there while every other standard airline on that card is 1:2; the EDGE Rewards side of Miles & More is the ordinary 5:2. Marriott stays removed. Qatar Privilege Club was already back. Flying Blue, Air India and Qantas moved into Group A, which is the capped group. The Axis Rewards credit card's Amex network is advertised as joining-fee and annual-fee nil for a limited period; there is no separate Amex variant on this board, so that offer is not modelled as a fee change.
