Priced on the everyday mix — 30% groceries · 10% utilities · 20% travel · 6% fuel · 34% everything else — with this card's published category rules applied. Plus milestones, minus the fee. No accelerator credit — and a business card's accelerator is usually the point. This card is not on the board, which ranks personal cards only; it is ranked against other business cards on /best/business, where the tax, GST and vendor-payment rungs ARE credited and its ₹ reads higher.

Pays from the first rupee

At ₹1,000 a month — ₹12,000 a year — on the everyday mix this card returns ₹0 gross against its ₹0 fee = ₹0 net — at or above ₹0 from the first rung we price. The ladder runs in ₹1,000 steps to ₹1,00,000 a month and ₹10,000 steps to ₹5,00,000; figures are rounded to the hundred, and the accelerator is never credited.

2 notes on the card itself: how it is issued · why it ranks #488

RBL Bank · Not published · entry

Why #488 Procure+ with half a point knocked off the foreign markup and a Razorpay account required to get it. Same free fee, same four milestone rungs, same exclusions, same 50-day float — 2.5% abroad instead of 3%. Ranked as what it is: a payables card that pays nothing per rupee and is worth holding for the credit window.

The milestone ladder at this desk's ₹0.25 house value: 1,000 Reward Points at ₹75,000 of spend is ₹250, 3,000 at ₹3 lakh is ₹750, 6,000 at ₹10 lakh is ₹1,500, and the 10,000-point international bonus is ₹2,500. Everything clears at ₹10 lakh for about ₹5,000 — half a percent at the very top of the ladder and less than that anywhere below it. Points expire two years from accrual and every redemption request carries a ₹99 plus GST handling fee.

The take

Set this beside RBL's own Corporate Purchase Procure+ and the published terms are the same card. No fee either year. Up to 50 days of interest-free credit on vendor, tax and utility payments, with a choice of billing cycles. The identical four milestone rungs — 1,000 points at ₹75,000, 3,000 at ₹3 lakh, 6,000 at ₹10 lakh, and 10,000 bonus points for ₹10 lakh of international spend — with the identical carve-out that insurance, fuel, government and rental spend do not count towards any of them. ₹20 lakh of lost-card and fraud liability. The same merchant-category restrictions and the same CorpCard Hub administration. One number differs: the foreign markup is 2.5% here against 3% on Procure+, which RBL states in its own FAQ as "competitive foreign markup at 2.5% per transaction". For a business already running its payouts through RazorpayX that is strictly better and free; for anyone else it is unavailable, because RBL gates the RazorpayX pair on being a Razorpay customer. As with every card on this shelf the mechanics are corporate rather than personal: no finance charges at all, and the minimum amount due equals the total amount due, so the balance cannot revolve and a missed payment costs 2% of it with a ₹300 floor.

The downgrade

RBL Bank publishes no document naming a card you can step down to, so we name none — an invented product change is a phone call you would waste. That leaves keep or cancel, and the numbers above are the whole of it.

  • 23 Sep 2026 Axis EDGE brings Accor back, drops ITC, and adds Cathay, Miles & More and Hilton a program these points reach
  • 21 Aug 2026 Club ITC pays up to 50,000 bonus Green Points for spreading 10 nights across all five brands a program these points reach

What the bank offers to keep you is the one fact this desk cannot compute. We are collecting those reports — dated, and only in aggregate — before publishing any: an offer one reader was made is not one you are owed. Called about this card? Tell us what they offered →

The desk publishes subscribable .ics feeds for the dates it knows — offer deadlines, devaluations, expiry audits. Your renewal date is not one of them: only your statement knows it.

What's good

  • No joining fee and no annual fee, in RBL's commercial MITC and on the product page
  • 2.5% foreign markup — half a point better than RBL's own Corporate Purchase Procure+, at the same zero fee
  • Up to 50 days of interest-free credit on vendor, tax and utility payments, with a choice of billing cycles
  • Milestone rewards: 1,000 points at ₹75,000 of spend, 3,000 at ₹3 lakh, 6,000 at ₹10 lakh
  • A further 10,000 bonus points for ₹10 lakh of international spend
  • Lost-card and fraud liability cover of ₹20 lakh, with merchant-category restrictions available per card
  • CorpCard Hub gives the administrator one view of every card issued under the corporate

Watch out

  • Gated on Razorpay: RBL's own answer is that it is for 'Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs'
  • No per-rupee earn at all — RBL publishes milestones and nothing else, and this desk will not invent a rate
  • Insurance, fuel, government and rental spend are struck out as low-interchange categories and count towards no milestone
  • RBL does not publish the PERIOD the milestones reset over, so they are stated here and deliberately not modelled
  • The minimum amount due EQUALS the total amount due: no revolving, and a late payment costs 2% of the outstanding, minimum ₹300
  • No lounge access, no travel insurance and no cash advance — that facility is restricted to the Corporate T&E Platinum
  • Points expire two years from accrual and every redemption request costs ₹99 + GST

What these points actually fly

RBL Reward Points move to Club ITC — and that programme prices every award dynamically. There is no published chart to quote, so we quote nothing: an estimate is not a seat.

Direct application — no invite list, no banking relationship required.

Only through Razorpay. RBL answers "Who can apply for an RBL Bank RazorpayX Commercial/Corporate Card?" with "Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs can apply… Corporates can then request to issue individual RBL Bank RazorpayX Commercial Cards to their employees." RBL's credit team communicates a sanctioned limit within 15 working days, and full individual KYC is required per RBI rules even though the liability is corporate. A secured version against a fixed deposit is available and does not disturb the FD's interest; the deposit cannot be closed midway, though partial withdrawal is allowed.

RBL Bank publishes no income or age cutoffs for this card. Blank means blank — we don't invent numbers to fill a grid.

The fine print

5 of 7 MITC rows published

What the MITC actually says — the rates, fees and cutoffs the brochure skips.

Forex markup 2.5% per transaction — RBL's own FAQ calls it "competitive foreign markup at 2.5% per transaction"
APR None — "Finance Charges are not applicable on Commercial Cards", and overdue interest is NIL on both a monthly and an annualised basis
Late fee 2% of the total outstanding amount, minimum ₹300, with no maximum
Cash advance None — RBL restricts the cash facility to the Corporate T&E Platinum
Add-on card not published
Overlimit not published
Redemption fee ₹99 + GST handling fee on every redemption request

NIL joining fee and NIL annual fee. Published terms match RBL's own Corporate Purchase Procure+ in every respect but the markup — same 30+20-day interest-free window, same four milestone rungs (1,000 Reward Points at ₹75,000 of spend, 3,000 at ₹3 lakh, 6,000 at ₹10 lakh, 10,000 bonus for ₹10 lakh of international spend), same exclusion of insurance, fuel, government and rental spend from every count, same two-year point expiry and ₹99 + GST redemption handling fee, same ₹20 lakh lost-card and fraud liability, same merchant-category restrictions and CorpCard Hub administration, same corporate liability and same rule that the minimum amount due equals the total amount due. The markup is 2.5% against Procure+'s 3.00%. Eligibility is the trade-off: RBL answers "Who can apply" with "Businesses using Razorpay services, especially startups and SMEs". No per-rupee earn is published, no lounge access and no travel insurance.

Axis EDGE brings Accor back, drops ITC, and adds Cathay, Miles & More and Hilton
Accor and Marriott off the grid since 2 April 2026; Club ITC live; no Cathay, Miles & More or Hilton → Accor live at the punished rates; ITC removed; Cathay, Hilton and Miles & More live; Marriott still gone

Axis's own Travel EDGE terms, re-read 25 September 2026, already show the grid that went live on 23 September. Accor ALL is back, and not at the old Atlas 1:2: EDGE Miles convert at 2:1 (Olympus 1:2) and EDGE Rewards at 5:1, with Magnus for Burgundy at 5:2 and only Burgundy Private still at 5:4. Club ITC is off the table. Three partners are new. Cathay Asia Miles sits on that same punished grid. Hilton Honors is the ordinary one: EDGE Miles 1:2, EDGE Rewards 5:2, Burgundy 5:4. Lufthansa Miles & More is the exception on Atlas, which converts 1:1 there while every other standard airline on that card is 1:2; the EDGE Rewards side of Miles & More is the ordinary 5:2. Marriott stays removed. Qatar Privilege Club was already back. Flying Blue, Air India and Qantas moved into Group A, which is the capped group. The Axis Rewards credit card's Amex network is advertised as joining-fee and annual-fee nil for a limited period; there is no separate Amex variant on this board, so that offer is not modelled as a fee change.
