YES's ₹100 redemption fee reaches Marquee and Reserv

YES Bank’s ₹100 redemption fee now applies across all its credit cards, including the premium Marquee and Reserv variants that were previously exempt. The fee is applicable on every redemption request, effective 15 June 2026. The exemption that previously spared Marquee and Reserv cardholders from this fee has been withdrawn. As a result, all YES Bank cardholders will now have to pay ₹100 for each redemption, in addition to a ₹99 booking fee when booking flights through the YES Rewardz portal. Our take: ₹100 on every redemption request, stacked with the ₹99 booking fee on YES Rewardz flights, means a flight redemption costs ₹199 before a single point of value reaches you. Marquee and Reserv were exempt because they are the premium tier; withdrawing that exemption is YES telling its best customers they are not special. Redeem in one large block a year, or don’t redeem at all.
