YES Bank has introduced a ₹100 redemption fee on all its credit cards, including the premium Marquee and Reserv variants. This fee is applicable on every redemption request, effective 15 June 2026. The exemption that previously spared Marquee and Reserv cardholders from this fee has been withdrawn. As a result, all YES Bank cardholders will now have to pay ₹100 for each redemption, in addition to a ₹99 booking fee when booking flights through the YES Rewardz portal. Our take: With this change, the effective value of YES Rewardz points is reduced. Cardholders should reassess their redemption strategies and consider alternative options to maximize the value of their points. The added fees may make it less attractive to hold onto these cards, especially for those who redeem points frequently.
