SBI Card
SBI's two ₹499 entry cards: the same fee, waived at the same ₹1,00,000 of spend, and the same SBI Reward Points at four to the rupee. SimplySAVE pays 10X on dining, movies, departmental stores and grocery, 1.67%, and 0.17% on everything else; SimplyCLICK pays 10X at eleven partners including Cleartrip, Yatra, Myntra and Swiggy and 5X on other online spend up to 10,000 points a month, so 2.5% and 1.25%, and 0.25% offline. SimplyCLICK out-earns SimplySAVE at every spend level the page tests, so SAVE's case is a basket bought in the shop rather than online. Neither opens a lounge.
SimplySAVE SBI Card and SimplyCLICK SBI Card both earn SBI Reward Points, so the transfer partners are the same; what separates them is how fast each earns and what each costs. † SimplySAVE SBI Card: SBI Reward Points are four to the rupee against the rewards catalogue — ₹0.25 a point, floor and ceiling. They reach no airline, no hotel and no transfer partner, and they expire 24 months from the date they accrue. On this card they can also be used to pay down the card's own outstanding, which is the same ₹0.25 by another route.
† SimplyCLICK SBI Card: SBI Reward Points are 4 to the rupee against the rewards catalogue — ₹0.25 a point, and that is both the floor and the ceiling. They reach no airline, no hotel and no transfer partner of any kind, so the travel value on this card lives entirely in the Cleartrip and Yatra earn and the Cleartrip and Yatra vouchers, not in the currency. Points expire 24 months from accrual, and after a voluntary card closure you get 30 days to redeem before the balance lapses — close the card any other way and it is forfeited outright.
Neither issuer publishes an income floor for these two, and the door is the same on both sides: SimplySAVE SBI Card and SimplyCLICK SBI Card are both open to a direct application. How people actually get each one is on its card page.
Our value per point is what we think a point is worth when you use it well; every currency's figure and its reasoning is on points values.

We put each card through the same everyday mix of spending, apply that card's own rules for each kind of spend (some earn nothing on fuel or bills), add its milestone and renewal bonuses at our value per point, and take off the fee unless that spend waives it. Bonus categories that need you to shop a certain way are not counted. Your own mix will differ: try your numbers in the calculator, or read how we value cards.
