† ICICI Bank Coral: Coral redeems ICICI Reward Points at ₹0.25 apiece — a quarter of the ₹1.00 house value the Emeralde Private earns on iShop travel. ICICI publishes no per-point value for Coral itself, but the identically-programmed Rubyx membership kit states it outright: "Each reward point is equivalent to ₹0.25 when redeemed for cash." The ₹1 rate is documented only for Emeralde Private Metal and Times Black. The earn rate on this page is priced at that lower value.
† SimplySAVE SBI Card: SBI Reward Points are four to the rupee against the rewards catalogue — ₹0.25 a point, floor and ceiling. They reach no airline, no hotel and no transfer partner, and they expire 24 months from the date they accrue. On this card they can also be used to pay down the card's own outstanding, which is the same ₹0.25 by another route.
Neither issuer publishes an income floor for these two, and the door is the same on both sides: ICICI Bank Coral and SimplySAVE SBI Card are both open to a direct application. How people actually get SimplySAVE SBI Card is on its card page.
Our value per point is what we think a point is worth when you use it well; every currency's figure and its reasoning is on points values.
