PNB's Key Fact Statement prices it at nothing — no joining fee and no annual fee — and sets the credit limit between ₹10,000 and ₹30,000, the scheme's own band. The restrictions are written into the same document. No cash withdrawal at all, at a PNB ATM, another bank's ATM or overseas. No foreign-currency transactions — PNB's forex line, which charges every other non-LUXURA card 3.50%, simply says this card is not allowed. And no add-on cards. PNB publishes nothing about what the card earns, and this site will not borrow another bank's answer: the card is carried, not valued or ranked. Everything not carved out follows PNB's range — 2.95% a month on revolving credit and, from 1 November 2026, the bank-wide late-fee ladder that charges nothing on dues of ₹500 or less. Treat it as a credit line that spends at any UPI QR code, which is what the scheme designed.
What's good
- Lifetime free on PNB's Key Fact Statement — nil to join, nil a year
- Credit limit between ₹10,000 and ₹30,000, per PNB's own drawal-limit table
- RuPay, so the limit spends on UPI at any QR code
- From 1 Nov 2026, no late fee at all on dues of ₹500 or less (PNB's bank-wide ladder)
Watch out
- NO cash withdrawal — PNB's KFS bars it at PNB ATMs, other ATMs and overseas
- NO foreign-currency transactions — the KFS forex row says the card is not allowed them
- No add-on cards (the KFS add-on row reads NA)
- PNB HAS NOT PUBLISHED ANY EARN for this card, so this site carries it without valuing or ranking it
- Eligibility is the scheme's, not PNB's: the card is offered to PM SVANidhi beneficiaries through the lending branch, not on open application
- No product page on PNB's card portal; the Key Fact Statement is the only PNB document that names the card
