That makes it one of the cheapest cards PNB issues. It is also one of the least explained: the bank has not said who Intellect is for, whether a partner sits behind the name, or what the card earns. There is no product page on PNB's card portal, no row in the Key Fact Statement, no row in the Rewardz earning table, and no announcement this desk can find. So this site carries the fee, which PNB states, and nothing it does not. The card is not valued or ranked, and the RuPay Platinum in the name is not read as a rate — PNB's own RuPay Platinum is a different row in the same table, keyed to its own card number range. The bank-wide terms still apply: 3.50% on foreign currency, 2.95% a month on revolving credit, and the service-charge schedule that moves on 1 November 2026, including a ₹99 fee on every reward redemption.
What's good
- Lifetime free on PNB's own fee table — nil to join, nil a year, no waiver test
- Issued on RuPay Platinum, per the row title in PNB's Most Important Terms and Conditions
Watch out
- PNB HAS NOT SAID WHO THIS CARD IS FOR OR WHAT IT EARNS. There is no product page and no Rewardz row, so this site carries the card without valuing or ranking it
- The MITC fee row is the only public description — no Key Fact Statement line, no credit-limit band, no launch announcement
- 3.50% forex markup — PNB's nil-markup benefit belongs to the LUXURA metal cards alone
- From 1 Nov 2026 PNB charges ₹99 per reward redemption and raises its cash-advance and late-payment charges bank-wide
