The Turbo Track table on the entry card reads "Rs. 200/- spent on your IndianOil Citibank Credit Card gives you 1 Turbo Point and purchase at IndianOil Retail Outlets give you 3 Turbo Points", and the same page states it a second time as "Earn 3 Rewards Points on every Rs. 200/- spent at IOC outlets and 1 Rewards Point for Rs. 200/- spent on non-fuel purchases". THIS LINE READ "Rs.150" UNTIL 2026-08-22, which was the GOLD SKU's denominator wearing the entry card's name — the Gold pays 4 Turbo Points per ₹150 at IndianOil and 1 per ₹150 elsewhere, and keeping the two apart is the whole reason `citi-indianoil-base` is a separate file from `citi-indianoil`. Re-confirmed by re-fetching Citi's own archived page (capture 20080813123843) through the Wayback `id_` raw modifier. A REDEMPTION FLOOR, verbatim from the same page: "You can start redeeming your Turbo Points when you have accumulated at least 500 Points and in multiples of 50 thereafter" — ₹500 of fuel before the first burn. THE ₹1 IS THE SUCCESSOR'S, AND IT IS THE SAME RAIL. Axis converted the balances at "1 Turbo Point = 1 EDGE Mile" (the migration FAQ's row for both the consumer and business editions) and prices that mile on the identical fuel exit, verbatim: "Redeem EDGE Miles for free fuel instantly at IOCL outlets (1 EDGE Mile = Rs.1)". Two issuers, one pump, one rupee — so the value is ₹1.00 and so is the floor. THE CEILING IS ₹2.00 AND IT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO A TURBO POINT, which is exactly why it is the ceiling and not the mark. A converted balance is an EDGE Mile, and `axis-edge-miles` marks at ₹2.00 on the 1:2 partner-airline exits. That door opened only AFTER migration and only to a holder of the Axis successor card; nothing a Citi IndianOil card ever paid could reach it. Anyone still holding a converted balance should be reading `axis-edge-miles`, not this row. Also on the record and deliberately unpriced: "Convert EDGE Miles to IndianOil XTRAREWARDS (3 EDGE Miles = 10 XTRAREWARDS Points)" — XTRAREWARDS is not a currency on this index, so the conversion is a fact with no rupee behind it. NO TRANSFER ROW. The only named ratio out of a Turbo Point is the one-time migration into EDGE Miles, which is a conversion event that has already happened, not a route a reader can take.
