Punjab National Bank has published a revised schedule of credit-card charges that applies to every Visa and RuPay card it issues from 1 November 2026. Its 14 October 2026 fee documents print the same schedule. All figures are before GST.

The redemption fee is the one points holders should plan around. PNB values a reward point at 25 paise, so ₹99 is the value of 396 points, and the minimum redemption is 1,000 points. Redeem in large blocks, not every time you cross the minimum.

The late fee bites at both ends. A small balance of ₹501 to ₹1,000, which used to be free, now costs ₹500, and the top of the ladder goes from ₹750 to ₹1,200. Pay at least the minimum due on time and none of it applies.

Cards issued against a fixed deposit keep their own late fee: 30% of the minimum due, between ₹200 and ₹500 a cycle. The nil forex markup on the LUXURA metal cards is unchanged.
