ICICI opens iShop, its accelerated-rewards travel and voucher portal

ICICI's iShop portal was live by 13 February 2025: up to 6X Reward Points on flights and gift vouchers and up to 12X on hotels for its top cards. On Emeralde Private Metal that is 18% and 36% back, with the bonus capped at 18,000 points a month.

ICICI Bank has launched iShop, the rewards portal it promised alongside Emeralde Private Metal and Times Black. It was live for the public by 13 February 2025.

Before iShop, ICICI cards earned their normal rate on flights, hotels and gift vouchers, and the bank had no portal of its own that paid more. Now booking through iShop earns a multiple of the card’s base rate:

The cap: Emeralde Private Metal’s bonus stops at 18,000 Reward Points a calendar month. At ₹1 a point that is ₹18,000 a month, so plan large hotel bookings around it.

Why we value ICICI points at a rupee. iShop is also where Emeralde Private Metal and Times Black points redeem at ₹1 each against flights and hotels. That redemption is the whole reason we value those two cards’ points at ₹1.00. Without iShop the ₹1 figure has nothing to stand on.

What ICICI does not publish: its product pages carry no per-card iShop grid. The multipliers above come from the community write-ups of the launch. Before a large booking, confirm your card’s iShop rate on the portal itself.
