Punjab National Bank has added a Paisabazaar co-brand to its fee table, and so far that fee table is the only place the card exists.
Our full review3 good · 4 bad
The terms it gives are clean: nothing to take the card out, ₹499 a year to keep it, and the annual fee is waived after ₹2 lakh of spend in the previous calendar year. Add-on cards are free on both counts. That is all PNB has published. There is no product page on its card portal, no row in its Rewardz earning table, no line in its Key Fact Statement and no launch announcement from either side that this desk can find. So this site prints no reward rate, no welcome benefit and no lounge line for it — and will not guess one from the RuPay Select in the name, because PNB's own RuPay Select and this co-brand are separate rows in the same table. The bank-wide terms do reach it: a 3.50% foreign-currency markup (PNB waives it only on the LUXURA metal cards), 2.95% a month on revolving credit, and the service-charge schedule that moves on 1 November 2026 — a ₹99 fee on every reward redemption, cash advances at 2.5% with a ₹400–₹500 minimum, and a late fee that tops out at ₹1,200. Ask for the earn structure in writing before you apply; a ₹499 card is only cheap if it pays you something back.
What's good
No joining fee; ₹499 a year, waived after ₹2 lakh of spend in the previous calendar year
Add-on cards free to issue and free to renew
Issued on RuPay Select, per the row title in PNB's own Most Important Terms and Conditions
Watch out
PNB HAS NOT PUBLISHED WHAT THIS CARD EARNS. Its Rewardz table has no row for it and there is no product page, so this site carries the card without valuing or ranking it
No product page, no Key Fact Statement row and no launch announcement — the MITC fee row is the only public description
3.50% forex markup — PNB's nil-markup benefit belongs to the LUXURA metal cards alone
From 1 Nov 2026 PNB charges ₹99 per reward redemption and raises its cash-advance and late-payment charges bank-wide
Rewards
Punjab National Bank / Paisabazaar has not published what this card earns. Not zero: nothing stated either way. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes how it earns — every net-value number here would be a fee subtracted from rewards nobody has described.
Category rules: not published. We have not found where this card earns less.
Fees & charges
₹0 joining, then ₹499/yr, plus GST. Spend ₹2,00,000 in a year and the next renewal fee is waived.
Keep, downgrade or cancel?
There is no renewal arithmetic to run on this card yet — and a break-even we cannot source is not one we will print.
We cannot work out a break-even without both the fee and the earn rate. What we can source is under Sources.

Downgrade: Punjab National Bank / Paisabazaar publishes no card you can step down to, so we name none. That leaves keep or cancel.
3.5% over and above the currency conversion rate — PNB's nil-markup carve-out names only the LUXURA metal cards
Cash withdrawal fee
Until 31 Oct 2026, 2% of the amount, min ₹150 at PNB ATMs / ₹200 at other ATMs / ₹300 overseas; from 1 Nov 2026, 2.5% of the amount, min ₹400 at PNB ATMs and ₹500 at other ATMs and overseas
Add-on card fee
Nil to issue and Nil a year (MITC fee row)
Free
Reward redemption fee
₹99 a redemption request from 1 Nov 2026; a redemption needs at least 1,000 points, and points expire 3 years from the date of accrual — if this card earns PNB Reward Points at all, which PNB has not stated
From Punjab National Bank / Paisabazaar's most important terms and conditions, checked 10 Jul 2026.
The interest (APR), late payment fee and over-limit fee are Punjab National Bank's standard, the same on most of its cards: Punjab National Bank's standard charges.
PNB's fee row is the card's only public description: nil joining, ₹499 a year waived after ₹2 lakh of spend in the previous calendar year, add-ons free. No product page, no Key Fact Statement row and no Rewardz earning row, so no earn, welcome, lounge, income or age criterion is published. The cash-advance and late-fee ladders above are the bank-wide RuPay schedule (Select-tier minimums in the current KFS; one schedule for all variants from 1 Nov 2026), not lines that name this card.
₹2,00,000 a year is the bar
that waives the ₹499 fee.
Earning points and counting toward that bar are separate rules, and banks write them separately.
Not published. Punjab National Bank / Paisabazaar has not said which kinds of spend count toward the fee waiver (the ₹2,00,000 bar). We won't guess it from the earn rules or a sister card.

Carried, not ranked. PNB prices this co-brand in its own fee table and publishes nothing else about it — no earn rate, no benefit — so there is nothing to value yet.
Not published by Punjab National Bank / Paisabazaar: the earn rate and the points it earns. We show these as "not published", never as zero.
How we work out the yearly value
Not valued. We can't value this card until the issuer publishes how it earns — every net-value number here would be a fee subtracted from rewards nobody has described. This card is not in our rankings, the
calculator or the best-of lists until Punjab National Bank / Paisabazaar publishes terms we can cite.
